The Boathouse
The Boathouse is nestled between the beach at the front and the RSPB bird sanctuary at the rear. With beach views out of all of the the upstairs windows and views over the bird sanctuary. A truly peaceful getaway awaits.
The space
The Boathouse comprises two floors. The ground floor houses the kitchen and master bedroom and the first floor is the living space and another open space bedroom, leading out on to decked balcony with sea and marshland views. The kitchen has access to a patio with ding table.

Guest gain access to the Boathouse via the ground floor kitchen which then leads to a spiral staircase to access the living space
