The villa features a beautiful 8,000 m² garden, lovely terraces, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Sagone and the mountains. You’re guaranteed to enjoy complete privacy, space, and nature. In the evenings, you can relax on the terraces and take in the stunning sunsets in peace. The beautiful sandy beach Plage d’Orcino is just 200 m from the house.

With a unique location on the west coast of Corsica in the municipality of Calcatoggio, 30 minutes from Ajaccio and Cargèse. An ideal base for exploring the “Gorges de Spelunca,” the “Calanche de Piana,” and the “la Cinarca” hinterland. Centrally located for visiting the cities of Ajaccio, Corte, Bonifacio, and Porto, and for taking beautiful hikes in nearby nature reserves. Or for taking a boat trip to the Scandola/Girolata Nature Reserve.

Eine besondere Perle am Hang!

Was für eine tolle Lage! Ein grandioser Blick über die Bucht und der Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist etwas basic, Betten 3 und 4 sind in der Garage untergebracht, das Schlafzimmer ist Durchgangszimmer und ein Fensterteil besteht ausschließlich aus Fliegengitter, aber Küche und Außenbereich sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren im heißen Sommer dort und konnten durch richtiges Lüften für ein gutes Innenklima sorgen, zudem ermöglicht die Ausrichtung der Unterkunft im Außenbereich sowohl luftige Schatten- als auch Sonnenplätze. Nick, der Verwalter vor Ort, ist ein Schatz. Sehr sympathisch, flexibel, kann viele Sprachen und hat für jede Lebenslage einen Tipp. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, haben von dem Standort aus viel unternehmen können (Hiking, Klettern, Klettersteig, Schnorcheln, Beachlife, Bootstour). Herzlichen Dank an Marianne und Nick!
