City center Studio penthhouse near the beach
Top floor Lovely studio in the center of the city Puerto de la Cruz, but away enough to be out of the noise.. The property had been recently renovated and is located couple of minutes in walking distance from Plaza del Charco and only 5 min from the fabulous beach Playa Jardin. It is on a 3 floors family building with only 3 apartments, one on each floor.. It has a wonderful sunny terrace double of the studio surface, where you will enjoy the most private sunbathing and best meals and dinners.
