Pros: Very nice apartment with lovely gardens and swimming pool and great views over to the Sea and Mount Teide. Convenient for centre of town but quiet in the evenings. Great parking. Only problem was that on arrival luckily we were let in by another guest as the owner wasn't there, and we couldn't access the key box.

The apartament has everything you need for a pleasant stay, clean and spacious; two bedrooms, two bathrooms and well equipped kitchen The property very profesional, Mr Lorenzo, knowledgeable and helpful with everything you need. Pros: I stayed in an apartment at Parque de las Flores. It couldnt have been more perfect for me and my family. The pool is fantastic and the apartment is large, clean and fully facilitated. I would recommend anyone to stay here, however it should be noted that the apartment is out of town and its a bit of a walk up the hill. But there is always a taxi which is less than €4. Really lovely time. Owner speaks very good English and is very helpful.

Pros: Great place, everything is almost perfect. Only one major downside and that is the noise isolation. Every morning we heard a car running around the neighborhood honking his horn constantly. He did this for over an hour every morning. You could hear it very good inside the house and that made sleeping after 8 am very difficult. Also, you can almost hear every word or action your neighbors do because the walls seem to cancel almost 0 noise.

Pros: We are an English/German family with a 4 and 6 year old who have stayed in rented accommodation in Puerto before. The apartment is clean, basically but comfortably furnished in a middle class area of Puerto. Good shower and plenty of hot water. A new (shared) washing machine was delivered while we were there. Never a problem to park outside your door on the street or you could use the parking spaces the apartments have (but street is actually easier so we never needed to) There are local 'mini market' style shops less than 150m away for basics/daily bread etc. Unlike one or two others have commented we did not find it too noisy or road noise a problem - its not a main road at all - its just a steep up-hill so cars/mopeds can be louder than usual. Its single lane , one way traffic and not constant. The pool area is attractive, with good 270 deg views down to the town out to sea/horizon and up inland to the volcano peak. As there are only about 10 apartments and some are long-term rentals the pool area will never be crowded. Central plaza (or beach) in town is a steep 15min down and max 25 minute back walk which my 'used to walking' 4 year old did nearly every night - we got a 2,50 EUR taxi back up home only twice when it was raining. In summary : Its not luxurious, its clean, got a nice pool, all you need, very good value place to base yourself in Puerto / Tenerife. Andre the owner was very professional, punctual and easy to contact and communicate with.

Pros: Apartment and Facilities: Nice size, well laid out with all the items needed for us to cook, eat and drink just as at home. Andres seems to own several in this complex and we had an upper one with a balcony having a fabulous view both up to Teide and out to sea where we spent many happy hours. The pool was a good size, clean and nice temperature - there is also a warm shower at the side of the pool. A clothes washer and drier are available in the small complex if needed (and worked well). We didn't use a car but there is ample safe parking outside on the street or in an underground car park beneath the apartments. Everything is kept nice and clean. Location: This apartment is in a nice residential area in San Antonio, situated directly above the lovely beach or Player Jardin. Note the word above - its about 15 mins walk down and 25 mins back up - either to the beach or to Peurto Centre. The walk has some steep sections but this is Tenerife and should be expected of a volcanic island - we are in our 60's and managed it with no problem but taxi's or buses are available and cheap (1.15 for a bus or 3.50 for a taxi). Small local shops are a couple of minutes away as are some bar/cafes. These are primarily used by locals and not tourist outlets which we like (cheaper and better quality). A previous review mentions noisy cars - actually the vehicle blowing its horn is only a gas bottle seller who beeps his horn as he goes up each street and then sells on the way down, he is about around 8:30 on a morning and this is typical in a Spanish residential area - we did not find it intrusive or annoying. The bus stops are only a couple of minutes away and the main commercial shopping center is only a couple of stops away and in walking distance (15 mins) once you get your bearings. Summary: We use this resort 2 or 3 times a year and occasionally stray from our normal apartment to get a feel for different areas. This is one area we would happily return to and have no reservations about using Andres apartment again. Unfortunately Andres was away and so we never met him personally but all arrangements for key pickup/drop off and payment were simple and without problem. Andres was always available (and responsive) via phone if needed for the occasional question. Have no worries about booking or using this apartment complex. Mel

Pros: Tranquilidad. Silencio. Piscina. Equipación correcta. Lo tiene todo y el espacio es amplio. Ideal para matrimonio con dos hijos, con dos habitaciones. Sin aire acondicionado, pero tampoco hizo falta. Resolución de conflictos rápida y bien. Buen contacto con los responsables. Cons: Wifi muy bien solo por la mañana. Por la noche, mal. Las almohadas muy altas... ¿por qué no hay opciones con diferentes tipos para que puedas cambiar?

Y se agradecería alguna sartén más en los enseres de cocina, igual tb algún mantel para la mesa principal, no había nada. Pero repetiríamos. Mucha tranquilidad, la piscina impresionante y las camas muy buenas a parte de estar todo muy limpio. Experiencia positiva.

Pros: Beliggenheden passede os fint. Fin udsigt over Puerto de la cruz. Cons: Opvarmet pool. Det så ud til at der var solceller, men de blev ikke brugt til poolen. Noget af køkkenudstyrret trængte til at skiftes ud. Især stegepanderne.

Pros: Die FeWo ist gut ausgestattet. Für den Urlaub völlig ausreichend. Sehr schöner Poolbereich ohne zeitliche Begrenzungen. Gutes W-Lan. Wir hatten uns einmal ausgesperrt. Wenige Minuten nach unserem Anruf wurde geholfen. Cons: Man kann keine bestimmte Wohnung buchen, sondern muss nehmen was einem zugeteilt wird. Unsere FeWo (Nr. 6) hatte keinen direkten Zugang zum Pool, man musste immer um die ganze Anlage laufen.

Pros: Puerto de la Cruz najbardziej mi się podobało ze wszystkich miasteczek na Teneryfie. Przepiękne widoki, jeśli się wynajmie samochód mozna podziwiać widoki ze skarp. Apartament znajduje się blisko plaży, zejście skrótem zajmuje tylko kilka minut. Mieszkanie jest duże i komfortowe. Właściciel jest sympatyczny i znajdzie rozwiązanie każdego problemu (transfer na lotnisko, itp), chętnie powie co jest warte zobaczenia na Teneryfie.

A conexão Wi-Fi é bastante fraca dentro do apartamento, mas não representou um problema para nós porque nos sentávamos à varanda e tínhamos boa conexão. A zona é bem tranquila e totalmente acessível (autocarros, táxi). Tem supermercados, farmácia e centro médico ao pé. Os meus filhos adoraram a piscina e brincar no exterior. Foram dez dias bem passados. O proprietário é simpático e deu-nos boas dicas de lugares a visitar.À nossa espera quando chegamos tínhamos uma garrafa de espumante. Voltarei a Tenerife e a Parque las Flores.
