El Campanario, Spain La Azohia - Luxury Sea side Villa

We used to live in Madrid and wanted to live somewhere by the sea, in village as opposed to a large city. A town that had that authentic feel of Spain and its culture, whilst still having the necessary amenities and infrastructure. La Azohia is a hidden gem that luckily has escaped mass tourism. It has many large quality villas and a good balance between residents and tourists. Due to the surrounding mountains La Azohia has its own microclimate and has some of the most blue sky days in Spain allowing fantastic weather

El Campanario has been uniquely designed both internally and externally. The exterior of the house has many of the traditional Spanish features. However internally it is an open plan spacious design, with modern furniture and appliances. The layout of the property allows for many places to socialise and or have qiuet time, ie the side terrace, gazebo and BBQ for dining, the back patio area for reading and relaxing, the pool side area has its own table and chairs for board games or cards. Our just lounging around the garden taking in the sun. The upstairs balcony is good for a sundowner and chatting. The downstairs bar and snooker room provides a good contrast if you want to get out the sun for a spell. The gardens with its fruit trees, palm trees, and various tropical plants provides a great environment and ambience. At night the external lighting around the house and the pool gives a different contrast to the daytime feel of the place. It is the ideal place for families to relax and have fun. Whilst being sufficiently spacious so that no one is on top of each other .
