Beautifully refurbished 2 bedroom cottage located in the heart of Southwold

This cosy cottage is in the perfect location with not even a 10 minute walk to the beach, pubs and shops.

The front garden with its bench is an ideal to relax and watch the world go by, or chill in the back garden .

There is parking on the road and we also have the benefit of an allocated parking bay for one car, which is situated next to our adjoining cottage.

Pets are not allowed due to the owners allergies.

Short stay at Pebble Cottage

We found the cottage to be spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed, located in a very convenient and quiet location a few minutes walk from the seafront .

Amazing holiday let

We stayed here for a long weekend and were very impressed by the location - 10 mins walk from pier and beach - cleanliness and decor. Everything we needed was here to ensure a fantastic stay. Communication with the host during the booking process was great too.

Great base for a stay in Southwold

The house is in a great location. We’ve been to Southwold many times and I think this house tops them all in terms of location (5 mins to beach, 5 mins to town), cleanliness, well equipped and little extras (milk and biscuits). We would definitely stay here again.

A beautifully refurbished cottage close to the seafront and amenities

Our second visit to Pebble Cottage, very comfortable, recently decorated with a seaside theme and a well equipped kitchen and relaxing living/dining area.

Seaside Weekend Break

The property was in a great location with a off road parking space which is a bonus in Southwold. A short walk to beach and town centre with many shops and places to eat. Overall a enjoyable weekend stay.

Great house in a great location

Pebble Cottage was a lovely house in the ideal location. It is a short walk to the pier, beaches, shops and a nice playground. It was clean, well equipped and homely. I would definitely recommend!

Pebbles Cottage

Lovely, clean, tidy and well equipped cottage. Tastefully decorated and lots of homely touches. Perfect location for the beach and town and in walking distance to good restaurants and pubs. Excellent base for walking.

A lovely property with every detail thought about. Great decoration, very clean, comfy beds, excellent towels - home from home. Lovely area outside to enjoy a morning coffee and ideal off road parking. Can’t recommend enough.

Lovely convenient cottage

Perfect property for a stay in Southwold, conveniently located for both the beach and town. The cottage is not very big but it has all that it’s needed, very comfy beds, nice clean and fresh bathroom and kitchen, and a plus of an outside patio, which we didn’t use as it wasn’t as warm but definitely a plus in the right weather. Overall very pleasant stay :)

Fab location, with all household appliances required. Lovely touch adding the fresh milk and biscuits upon our arrival. Bunk bed was comfy even as an adult! 😆

Great Southwold location.

The cottage is really clean and well appointed, being within 5 minutes walk to both the pier and town. It is decorated to a high standard and has everything you could need for a self catering break. It was a nice touch that the owners provided milk and biscuits on arrival for that first cup of tea! All in all a great stay and we can't wait to return.

Lovely break

All good. Great location, excellent home, lovely neighbourhood . Would definitely recommend this place. Southwold is a great place, with good shops and restaurants, and lots of interesting places to visit, within a few miles drive.
