The sweetest little cabin in the perfect spot in the woods, we loved it and plan to go back! The kitchen was well stocked, and the guys enjoyed fishing in the stream.
Everything was perfect. It was a clean cozy cabin with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our peaceful stay and plan to come again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Quiet way back up a Hollar
Off the beaten path we loved it
The cabin was wonderful. Very simple and rustic listened to creek flowing all night. Close enough to run to town if needed and far enough away to feel truly in the mountains Will definitely recommend
From the moment we arrived, we felt the tranquility and comfort of a loving home. The cabin was authentically charming. We enjoyed reading about its history and enjoyed all the amenities provided by the hosts.Nesteled in the mountains with a beautiful flowing creek and a firepit allowed us to completely destress and relax.
The host was very responsive in attempts to fix gas fireplace issues. The cabin was cozy and location was private and the stream was beautiful to see and hear. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway!
Walked out amd down the stream and caught many brook trout. Enjoyed stay. Clean and well stocked place.

check-in was easy. They sent an email with great directions to the cabin and the code to the door. We didn't cook, but the kitchen looked well stocked and very clean.
We had a wonderful time staying here. Our kids loved playing around outside and we all loved sitting around in the sunroom with the windows open listening to the sound of the creek. We will definitely stay here again!
Absolutely love this place. So very peaceful and cozy. Hated leaving. Had the best sleep I've had in long time. Very helpful owners and quick response to questions. The pictures matched the property and was more than expected. Thank you.

About the host
Hosted by Don and Rosemarie San Souci - CyberRentals Members since July 2004
After our first grandchild was born, Don and I purchased this sweet place so that we could have time with family. The cabin is approximately 100 years old and our son, who is a local building contractor, remodeled and made it in to this wonderful place. Our residence is in New Hampshire but we spend six winter months here at the cabin.
Why they chose this property
Couldn't resist the ever-flowing Alarka Creek which is just 30 yards from the cabin as well as the little creek that runs down the property in to the Creek. The property is private and picturesque.
