Summary:
Welcome home! The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this modern and bright 3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Barcelona's City Center, just around Sants Estació (train station) and right by Eixample district. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep.

The Space:
Welcome to this wonderful and comfortable 86m2 apartment located in Eixample, just a couple steps from Sants train station (Estació de Sants), one of the main transport hubs in town and just around the corner of Eixample district! As new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have a memorable stay!

The open living-diner has a sleek modern design, with chandeliers and mirrors. There is lots of natural light from the doors that open directly onto your private terrace. In this space you have the sofa & television to use to relax after a day spent exploring the city. Next to this space, you will find the dining table and chairs, to use for meal times. As for cooking in the apartment, you have the fully-equipped kitchen to use for all meal times.

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

Being located in Eixample offers a great central location for your stay in Barcelona, close to all the best sights. For shopping, the Arenas Shopping Centre, which is full of shops and restaurants, is just 5-minute´s walk, and for food shopping there is an Aldi Supermarket just 7-minute´s walk away. For a step into nature, the Joan Miró Park is just 1-minute´s walk from the apartment, and the L´Espanya Industrial Park is just 7-minute´s walk away. From here you are well connected to the rest of Barcelona and Spain, with the Sants Train Station only 8-minute´s walk from the apartment, and the metro station only 2-minute´s walk away.

Guest Access:
- The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy!
- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.
- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.
- During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team!

The Neighborhood:
The Esquerra de l’Eixample, or Left of Extension in Catalan, is separated into two sections: old and modern, which is where the apartment is located. The style of Left Eixample is largely Neo-Romanesque, and visitors are encouraged to take a stroll through the neighborhood to observe the wonderful architecture. Plaza España, only a few minutes walking from the apartment, holds most of the buildings and pavilions constructed for the Olympic games in Barcelona.

Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Estació de Sants and Tarragona (Train station and Blue / Green metro lines).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça España. The cost is around 4.5€

Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***

- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.

- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs

Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)

*** HOUSE RULES ***

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.

Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Beautiful apartment, small space but the hugr terrace helps spread everyone out. Easy access to food, park, trains, and shopping. Excellent host, very responsive; provided recommendations and house cleaning after check out. Washer and dryer on site! Two issues: no consistent hot water for showers and the floors planks were loose, slippery.
