Welcome to the Domus Augustea, a newly renovated accommodation facility that offers a superior accommodation experience. Strategically located, the Domus Augustea is the ideal place for those seeking elegant and functional accommodation, suitable for leisure or business trips.

The structure consists of 3 apartments, 2 of them with terrace. All units have been renovated with high-quality materials and equipped with all modern comforts to guarantee you a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Every detail has been thought out for your comfort, from high-speed Wi-Fi to customisable air conditioning and Smart TVs.



Flat Cesare is an excellent choice for those seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. Renovated with attention to detail and high-quality materials, this flat offer two double bedrooms, a dining room with kitchenette, a spacious living room with sofa bed and three modern bathrooms. A large perimeter terrace, accessible from all rooms, provides an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the view. Guests will appreciate the many amenities available, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning and smart TVs.



The flat is provided complete with linen and towels for all guests. A daily cleaning service with a possible change of towels can be provided on request at an additional cost.

Great Time in Rome with apartment as Base

Beautiful apartment, great location

This is our favorite neighborhood in Rome, close to the center but a bit away from the tourists, T-shirt shops, etc. The apartment is beautifully renovated and has a good kitchen, three stylish bathrooms and enough space for four comfortably. The management is extremely responsive. We were here for four nights and would return the next time we are in Rome. The beds were a bit firm, but that is common throughout Italy.

Family vacation in beautiful apartments

Comfortable, beautifully furnished apartment in my favorite area of Rome. Alessandro helped with luggage storage upon early arrival. Everything was perfect. I think it's necessary to check the air conditioning in the far bedroom. Although it wasn't hot, we didn't use it much.

Excellent Stay — Clean, Quiet Comfort in Classic Rome

We loved the apartment. We are fussy tenants with a high standard for cleanliness. This apartment is maintained to a high level with a friendly and responsive owner team. Great to be close to the centre of Rome but away from the noisy tourist hotspots. Despite being in an old but well kept building, the apartment is quiet thanks to modern double glazing and new windows. Marziali is a two minute walk for superb breakfast lunch and dinner (and the best coffee). We will be back!
