Amazing View Colosseo

Amazing View Colosseum is a modern design apartment that overlooks the Colosseum, giving a breathtaking view.
The wide living space will allow you moments of relax, in a unique environment for a lovely holiday with your family or friends.
The apartment is an ideal solution for those wishing to spend a pleasant stay in the Eternal city awakening every day with the breathtaking view of the Colosseum.
Located on the third floor of a building with elevator, it has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with two windows that overlook the Colosseum.

Upon request, we can organize a transfer from/to the airport or station with our limousine service, Viano Mercedes and our trusted drivers.


City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.

Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.


For stays with a minimum of 5 nights, an extra cleaning service will be provided once a week.

Great apartment for our family of 4 - spacious, comfortable, very responsive hosts, perfect location for walking to the sites. We loved the view of the Colosseum. We could never get the dryer to fully dry our clothes, but there was a clothes drying rack, so it really wasn’t an issue. We were very happy with our stay!

It really was amazing!

Beautiful apartment with the best view ever! The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well located. The host was very kind and easily reached with any questions we had. She was very accommodating with letting us leave our luggage with their sister property for the day since our flight wasn't until evening. I would 100% stay here again next time I'm in Rome!

We had a great stay in this apartment. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed but the best part was the location to virtually every sight in Rome! We were right next to the colosseum, as the pictures show, but you are 0.2 miles from the metro which is super easy to use, clean, safe and very convenient. Taxis and Ubers can be difficult to get and pricey, so the Metro is a good alternative and actually faster than sitting in the traffic in Rome. The apartment itself is upscale and our host was very helpful during our stay. Perfecto!

This apartment was worth every cent. The pictures say it all! The colosseum views are incredible. The hosts were incredibly helpful, especially francesca who assisted us with check in! The location of this apartment was perfect, safe, beautiful and located right near the metro, which easily takes you throughout Rome. We were able to easily take the metro to Roma Termini. Much Much Much better than any Hotel I have stayed in in Rome. Can not wait to go back!

Great Hosts

We had a wonderful time in Rome and our stay was made even bette with the help of The Amazing Team or hosts of the apartment. They couldn’t have been more helpful from helping plan our tour of Rome to our day trip to Venice, which was really a highlight. Anything or any request we had they were quick to respond and help. From finding my wife a new lighted make up mirror (hers needed converter, not adapter) to finding a Dr for our daughter who was sick and having one at the apartment within 2 hours. They couldn’t have been better to work with! The apartment was also great. Amazing views of the Colloseum and great location within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and sites. We had a great stay here and would def stay here again. Amazing property and host!

Location, location, location!

The title says it all – the location is unbelievable, and the views are almost impossible to wrap your brain around! You are literally looking out the window at one of the most iconic sights in the world! The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and very comfortable. We were there over New Year’s Eve and the days following, so the revelers were a bit noisy outside until 2 or 3 AM, but that was to be expected. Apart from that, it was very quiet and felt very safe. The only hiccup we experienced was due to a delay in our flight, we arrived after 8 PM and we charged a €50 fee for late check-in, which we found unfortunate. Otherwise, we would highly recommend staying at this apartment to anyone!

THE COLOSSEUM is DIRECTLY OUT YOUR WINDOW

The view from all the windows is of the COLOSSEUM! It looms large right across the street. Absolutely breathtaking. Kind of secluded from the rest of Rome but an easy walk along the Roman forum into city center. Ubers and taxis are available. Busy caffe downstairs for food and several restaurants and a grocery store down the street. Francesca was so nice and informative showing us the apartment and leaving a guide book of the area! Extremely clean and modern in design. Loved the tub for soaking my tires feet and legs from day of exploring. Washer/dryer combo convenient but took a while to dry the clothes. Can’t say enough good things about the apartment and the staff! ❤️🇮🇹

Incredible apartment and customer service

The pictures do not do this apartment justice… This is one of the most spectacular vacation apartments I’ve ever stayed in with regards to location, design, view, cleanliness, and customer service. Upon entering the space and turning towards the windows facing the Colosseum, I was rendered speechless by the view. The architecture and design of the apartment itself are stunning. It was spotless, and exactly as described. (Hard to describe that view though…) Even though this apartment is located in a busy neighborhood, the noise level was very low and none of the hustle and bustle from outside could be detected from the apartment; a true oasis. Customer service was top-notch; all communications were addressed immediately and satisfactorily. The team did all they could to make our stay as pleasant and easy as possible. There are many restaurants and stores nearby, and the Colosseum is so close that you feel like you can reach out and touch it… I look forward to returning to this beautiful apartment in the future. What a view!

The property delivered everything it promised and more! We were brought to tears when we saw the view, it is like no other we had experienced on our trip to Italy. The apartment is adjacent to the Colosseum in a neighborhood with college students. This wasn't a problem for us as we enjoyed the refreshing vibe and lively atmosphere. This property is amazing and I'm glad we had the opportunity to experience it during our stay in Rome.
