In an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Marram Cottage is a cosy, stylish, well equipped cottage providing a home away from home with enclosed rear garden backing directly on to the dunes.
Beadnell Bay voted No1 best beach in Northumberland 2024 is perfect for enjoying water sports, beach days, relaxing walks and sunset BBQs or cosy up and settle in next to the log burner in the living room when the weather lets you down.
The Cottage is a short walk from nearby pubs and restaurants including The Landing, Beadnell Towers, Craster Arms and Saltwater Cafe & Bistro. All offer excellent food, good selection of drinks and a welcoming atmosphere.
A short drive (or cycle) from Marram Cottage, Seahouses (with its busy harbour and selection of local shops) and Bamburgh (with amazing Castle and wide sandy beach) are easily reachable. A little further away Berwick, Lindisfarne (Holy Island), Alnwick & Almouth, Craster, are all great to visit also.

We live in Leeds but my wife is originally from Northumberland and we still have family that we regularly visit when in the area. We regularly stay at Marram Cottage ourselves and the place is very dear to us. We have created lots of amazing family memories there that we treasure and we wanted to share that opportunity with everyone to do the same.

We love Beadnell with its amazing sandy beach backed by sand dunes and beadnell harbour as well as Beadnell village with village shop, local cafes and restaurants, great walks, water sport activities, cycling and golf all easily accessible from Marram Cottage.

Amazing location. Direct access to dunes and beach from secure rear garden. Cozy home from home with log burner fireplace and sunroom. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Seperate WC. Good storage in garage to side for water sports & beach equipment, bikes, golf clubs etc. Overall great space, well laid out. Perfect for families, couples, larger families with grand parents or groups of friends.
