The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more.
The apartment has two homely bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a restful stay.
The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities for a refreshing experience, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort.
Important note: Access to the bedrooms requires climbing a spiral staircase (not advisable for young kids or people with reduced mobility)

There are multiple shopping options, such as grocery stores like Spar, a wine shop, and various speciality stores, including a chemist and fabric shops.
For dining, you can find local spots like the Ondo Korean Kitchen and cafes such as Porto dos Gatos. The area also has a few recreational spots, including soccer fields in Praça da Alegria and a nearby public library for a quiet retreat. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
