Casa en el centro de Oporto, cerca de la estación de metro de Lapa, en 1. 6 km Distancia a pie del centro histórico. Restaurantes y supermercado cercano (400 metros). planta jardín de una casa de 2 Familly con entrada privada. Totalmente reformado plana con conexión Wi-Fi incluido.
Consta de dos dormitorios y una sala de televisión con un sofá cama (tercera cama), una cocina nueva con electrodomésticos nuevos, totalmente equipada con la parte superior eléctrica de 3 fuegos de cocina, horno separado, lavavajillas, clothes'washing y el fabricante de café con espuma de leche - empezar el día con su propio capuchino y zumo de naranja recién exprimido en el patio! gran mesa de cocina con capacidad para cuatro cómodamente. La cocina se abre a una pequeña terraza acristalada que accede al nuevo cuarto de baño con ventana, así como el soleado patio exterior y jardín. Alquiler de apartamento para 1 a 4 personas.

Our stay at Rui’s property was seamlessAnd outstanding. From my first contact with the host communication was outstanding, The host was very accommodating, flexible and available for check in which was much appreciated. The apartment was well equipped; plenty of coffee and some bottled water, wine and fruit. He provided a very thorough orientation to the area and the flat as well.I have not ever had a more accommodating and hospitable host.Highly recommend.

The host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Introduced us to the property himself and showed up early to let us in. Nice location especially if you want to stay out of the touristy section. Recommend Casa Cartola just up the street for dinner.

nice, clean and roomy place to stay

The rental was very well maintained with everything a person needs. It was also very clean with a lovely garden. However, for us, being elderly seniors, we found it too far to walk to the city center.

Comfortable and good location

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The bottle of wine, bottle water and grapes were very good. Good walking distance to local coffee, local restaurants and historic center. Sleep accommodations were good.

A very punctual host with communication and easy to reach. A very nice place to stay and loved the fact that it had a nice washing machine and lots of space to hang dry our clothes (after our Camino de Santiago bike ride), and plenty of pods for the coffee machine:-)Also, definitely recommend Casa Cartola restaurant and cafeitaria Nandinha bakery within the walking distance as long as don't mind a bit of hilly walk:-)

A quiet spot on the edge of the city

A very helpful host and a comfortable two bedroom house with everything we needed for a four day stay. Very quiet neighborhood and a nice garden. A bit of a walk to the metro station but doable. We would be happy to return.

My husband and i had a wonderful stay in Porto. The VRBO manager welcomed us as we arrived and explained everything about the apartment. There was a bowl of oranges in the kitchen along with a bottle if water. We were happy with our stay and would stay here again while visiting Porto.

Great and quiet apartment in Porto

Lovely stay with a quiet outdoor space, 2 bedrooms, and a full kitchen. It is located in a good spot as you are near the metro and within walking distance of the sites. Rui was a great host and very helpful!

Excellent spot - super quiet

We loved staying at Rui's place. We were able to walk downtown every day and enjoy the hustle and bustle but then return to the apartment located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Being just a few minutes walk from a good sized grocery store was an extra bonus. Thanks for everything Rui!

Amazing!

Everything was perfect! Very quiet and clean with a cozy charming garden. We were 4 adults and stayed 2 nights in Rui’s place. Comfy bed, coffee, wine fruits… thank you so much Rui! We really enjoyed our time in Porto! We’ll come back!

Confortable, well equipped, clean walk-in (no stairs) apartment with garden to enjoy. Best for 3 people but could accommodate 4. Host was very responsive. Close to grocery store & some restaurants. Short Uber & 30-minute walk to centre & water front.

Lovely quiet retreat

Rui was a wonderful host; greeting us to orient us to everything in the flat including a few treats he provided. We enjoyed the garden for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine after a day sightseeing. It was a good walk to the main tourist area but transit is also convenient. There is a good grocery store within a short walk. The location was nice and quiet for sleeping.

The property is well located. Pingo Dose is a short walk for groceries. The Metro is close and there several restaurants nearby. Parking can be a bit difficult. The property is well supplied with everything you need to fix meals.
