With its prime location, you'll be surrounded by charming shops, restaurants, and the unique ambiance of Gracia. Come and create unforgettable memories in this Barcelona experience!

This elegant three-bedroom apartment offers a pleasant and functional environment. The master bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to the terrace, along with a full bathroom on this level. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms that share another bathroom. All bedrooms feature spacious closets. Additionally, there is a double sofa bed in the living room.

The rooms are equipped with fans and electric radiators, and the living room has both heating and air conditioning. The building also features an elevator and WiFi.

To make your arrival smoother, we will provide some basic kitchen ingredients such as sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, and coffee for your first days. You'll also find a Nespresso coffee machine to enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning.

Other kitchen amenities include a kettle, toaster, microwave oven, and dishwasher, so you can make the most of your vacation time without worrying about washing dishes :)

To ensure a smooth arrival, you will need to complete a brief online check-in process prior to your stay, where you will be asked for the necessary information to comply with traveler registration laws. It's quick, easy, and helps us prepare for your visit!

We will request documentation from all guests for traveler registration in accordance with the law. The required information for all occupants includes full name, ID card or passport number, date of birth, gender, nationality, and home address. Minors must also be registered, even if they do not have an ID.

The tourist tax is a fee applied to stays in tourist establishments in Catalonia since November 2012. In Barcelona, it costs €5.5 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Those under 17 years old are exempt from paying this tax.

The tourist tax is not included in the apartment cost. Payment of this amount will be requested prior to your arrival. It is paid by credit card via a virtual payment terminal.

The apartment operates with an electronic key. You can use a PIN or an app that will be activated once your traveler registration process and tourist tax payment have been completed.

When you make a reservation for this or any of our apartments, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation, claims for damages, non-refund of the deposit, or the obligation to vacate the apartment before the reserved departure date.

• To access your apartment, you must have completed online check-in and paid the tourist tax.

• Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. On the day of arrival, once you have accessed the apartment, you have up to 12 hours to report any issues detected; once this period has elapsed, it will be understood that everything is correct.

• Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Failure to comply may result in additional charges for late check-out. Departures outside the stipulated hours without prior authorization may result in additional charges of up to an additional night according to the current rate.

• We have good relations with our neighbors and would like it to remain that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 p.m.

• Parties in the apartments at any time, as well as bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations, are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or in common areas. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of €150.

• No additional guests beyond the maximum capacity of the apartment are allowed.

• Pets are not allowed.

• A supplement may be charged depending on the conditions in which you leave the apartment.

• The property will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused by the use of its occupants, nor for the loss or theft of valuables. The information in our ad is considered contractual except for typographical errors.

Before leaving, please dispose of garbage, turn off lights, air conditioning, and small appliances. We and the planet will appreciate it!
