Casa Clara es una pequeña joya en la costa de Amalfi. Recientemente renovado, cuenta con amplios espacios, un diseño sencillo y limpio y una vista impresionante. Dispone de dos dormitorios, cada uno con baño en suite: la casa ideal tanto para una familia como para dos parejas. La ubicación es notable: céntrica y al mismo tiempo alejada del ruido. El centro de la ciudad está a sólo unos minutos a pie: restaurantes, bares, tienda de comestibles, parada de autobús… son inmediatamente accesibles. Toda la casa está servida por wifi y aire acondicionado. Para llegar a la casa es necesario bajar unos 100 escalones desde la carretera principal: no es accesible en coche, pero esta elección hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial, permitiendo sumergirse completamente en la tranquilidad del pueblo y sus impresionantes vistas. Le recomendamos llegar sin coche.La casa está organizada en un nivel:• Terraza con vistas al mar;• Amplia sala de estar con vista al mar y Positano y Capri, con cocina y sala de estar, equipada con TV, sofá y mesa para 6;• 1 amplia habitación doble con vistas (tamaño de la cama 160x190) con baño privado - con ducha;• 1 habitación doble / o dos camas individuales (tamaño de la cama 160x190);• Baño con ducha;Casa Clara se encuentra en el lado oeste de Praiano, en una zona muy tranquila y pacífica, desde la que se pueden disfrutar impresionantes puestas de sol. Se puede llegar a la villa a través de dos rutas: la forma más fácil es a través de la Iglesia de San Gennaro con un camino de unos 300 metros y unos 110 escalones; como alternativa, puede bajar unos 170 escalones desde la calle principal. El estacionamiento no está disponible. Casa Perfeita, Vista Incrível

Nádia é uma anfitriã maravilhosa e muito prestativa. A casa é nova, muito limpa, tem absolutamente tudo que é necessário. Ar condicionado split em todos os quartos e sala. Our stay here was a dream!

Our first time on the Amalfi coast and won't be our last! Nadia was very kind and helpful. The home was spacious, perfect for a family stay. The views were unbelievable! Very beautiful town and home. Close to restaurants, cafes, markets, and bus stop. A 15 minute drive to Positano. Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home.

Het appartement is van alle faciliteiten voorzien. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en zelfs had Nadia (de eigenaresse) wat levensmiddelen neergelegd voor ontbijt en avondeten. Het appartement heeft een fijn balkon met een prachtig uitzicht over zee. Er is veel kastruimte in beide slaapkamers. In een van de badkamers staat een wasmachine wat erg handig kan zijn. Nadia is altijd bereikbaar en kan je assisteren bij alle vragen over de omgeving. Het contact met haar was erg prettig, ze is een zeer goede gastvrouw! In de omgeving van het appartement/Praiano zijn veel leuke restaurantjes, een leuke bar met mooi uitzicht voor aperitief en enkele winkeltjes/pharmacia etc. Ook is de bushalte dichtbij. Zoals ook al aangegeven je moet behoorlijk wat trappen af en op om het appartement te bereiken. Als je een normale conditie hebt is dat geen probleem. Ook heeft Nadia aangeboden om te helpen met het naar boven brengen van de koffers (dat was voor ons niet nodig). Het is appartement is een idyllische plek en in de hectiek van de Amalfikust is het appartement een heerlijke rustige plek om daar even aan te ontsnappen.

Tucked into the Priaino hillside with wonderful view of the sea and across to Capri, you feel you have become part of the Amalfi Coast. The steps and path may make it inaccessible for some, but added to the magic for us. Thank you!

Easily 5 stars.

A highlight of our trip. The apartment is beautiful, the view spectacular. It is newly renovated, and huge! More than enough space for our family and kids. The host has two children and my girls loved to play with them for hours, so the kids had the best time ever. We loved Praiano, so happy we stayed there and chose this place. The beaches down the front are amazing. We are in Positano now, and while it’s also beautiful, I preferred Praiano to stay. Highly recommend this villa!

You can’t go wrong with staying here!

Amazing place, even better than the pictures. Lots of stairs, so keep that in mind, but that’s everywhere on the Amalfi Coast. Nadia was fantastic. The view was INCREDIBLE, and we will cherish the time we spent here.

Perfect Stay, Unforgettable Hospitality

Our stay at Nadia’s place was nothing short of perfect from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, we were blown away by the stunning views and the overall charm of the place. The attention to detail made us feel right at home, with everything we could possibly need and more. Nadia’s homegrown vegetables were a delightful addition, and her homemade limoncello was simply the best we’ve ever tasted. We can’t express enough how much we loved our stay here. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend.

A family owned & managed place

It’s really comfortable and recently renovated. The host lives nearby and is extremely helpful and attentive. The apartment has everything you’ll need and more. She even gave us some fresh organic tomatoes and her dad’s local made limoncello. There’s plenty of stairs, just like any other place in the coast. (She called a luggage carrier service for us) Solid 10/10.

Perfect Vacation Rental in a Stunning Place!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Casa Clara. To start, our host Nadia, was so helpful and nice. She was available throughout our stay for any questions or requests. The place is spotless, is well-appointed with anything you could possibly need and the view is just spectacular. The photos on the website depict exactly what Casa Clara looks like. We stayed for six nights and cannot wait to go back. One word of advice is to pack light. We (really just me) didn't and we had to lug many suitcases up and down A LOT of stairs. There is a washing machine and clothesline, so you can wash and rewear clothes. There are two markets, a small pharmacy and many restaurants nearby, as well.

Casa Clara is a beautiful house in Praiano with an incredible view of the sea and coastline. The accommodation is better than the description/ photos and Nadia is a charming and extremely helpful host. Everything you could need is provided and the welcome pack, fresh eggs & tomatoes from the garden add a lovely personal touch. Lovely stay in Praiano

The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms solid, and the A/C was exactly what we wanted. Great for a longer stay. Hard to undersell the upper garden/patio/pool — amazing views of the coast from here, plenty of umbrellas and shade to shield you from the sun. The kitchen was well-stocked, albeit missing a better coffee-brewing option than a small French press. It’s a hike from the main road & amalfi coast bus line, but that’s what one should expect staying on amalfi coast. The stairs were well-maintained so simply a matter of physical condition — the bag porter service at check-in was complementary AND clutch. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick und herzlichen Gastgebern

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Nadja und ihrem Mann empfangen und auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts liebevoll betreut. Ein großer Korb mit allen möglichen Köstlichkeiten hat uns im Haus erwartet, an Ostern haben wir eine Pastiera bekommen, von der Oma gebacken und extrem lecker. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön am Hang und ist top ausgestattet, vom Balkon und vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen tollen Meerblick und man ist weg vom Trubel der Hauptstraße. Fußläufig erreichbar sind mehrere Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bars und der Strand. Für uns war Praiano die richtige Wahl, weil es weniger touristisch als Positano und Amalfi ist (vor allem keine Tagestouristen!), aber alles bietet, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Einheimischen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man lebt in Praiano einfach mit ihnen. Allerdings muss man täglich viele Treppen steigen, was aber in vielen Orten an der Amalfiküste so ist. Und es hält fit. Unser Auto wurde in einer Parkgarage in der Nähe verstaut und auf Wunsch gebracht. Parkplätze gibt es an der Amalfiküste kaum welche, wenn man einen braucht, kostet das einiges. Wir haben 30 Euro am Tag bezahlt. Man kann aber gut auf den Bus umsteigen, der permanent zwischen Sorrent und Amalfi fährt. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt in einer unglaublich schönen Gegend mit perfekter rundum Betreuung.

Praiano Perfection

Our stay at Casa Clara was perfect for our family of 4 with a beautiful view of the sea and Positano. We could open the doors to our balcony and sit and watch and hear the sea from our bed or the living room. The house is immaculate being newly renovated and very clean. The location in Praiano is very central and easy to walk to great local restaurants or to catch a taxi or bus to other locations on the Amalfi Coast. We enjoyed the quaintness of staying in Praiano over Positano where it feels much more touristy and crowded. Our host, Nadia, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay even when we arrived quite late for our check-in. When we return to the Amalfi Coast in the near future, we plan to stay at Casa Clara again!

Wonderful stay in Priano

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa in Praiano. We were very happy. We were very happy that we stayed in Priano rather than the Amalfi or Positano, as they were very busy and Priano was more low-key. The view is magical. The Villa is lovely, spacious with several areas to hang out. But it is not for the unprepared! Make sure you can do the 265 stairs up from the road with luggage but there is a Porter service if need be. and I suggest picking up groceries on the way there. Property manager was excellent with communications.
