We never got to stay there as the phone number to get the key code was an not working so I phoned the other I had and I was told to ring the owners number and when I checked the number it was the same number that had been ringing so I found another number so I rung it and it was only an answer phone number so we had to drive back home instead after having a family funeral down in Eastbourne so I have spoken to someone from vrbro yesterday and they have requested that the apartment owner gives me a full refund within 24 hours

Revolting - avoid

I’m not even sure where to start with describing this revolting property. The check in process was a mess, additional charges added at every opportunity. They sent a WhatsApp Upon opening the door we were greeted with the stench of stale cigarette smoke. The place was filthy, carpets, surfaces, cutlery all dirty. The mattresses were falling apart and linen dirty. We were not given any towels, I had to use a TShirt to dry myself after a shower. The carpets had holes in, curtains dirty, a dirty bath mat. I contacted the company immediately and was told complaints have to be made via email. I still feel revolted at having to stay in this apartment.
