Just 15 minutes from NEC, Birmingham Airport and City Centre.
The space
Your booking Is for the entire property. Split across 2 houses, the property hosts 9 bedrooms, suitable for up to 17 people and is perfect for large / extended families, contractors and business workers. The garden room is also available to guests which has plenty of seating, a 50 inch TV with HDMI connectivity for laptop / tablet connection.
There are 9 bedrooms split between the two properties. 1 double, 2 kingsize, 1 Triple and 5 single rooms (3 with twin single beds). There are two main bathrooms, a separate toilet and sink and an en suite shower room off one of the main bedrooms. We provide clean towels, fresh bed linen and other essentials.
The property has a huge conservatory with a large dining table and separate seating area. There are 2 large living areas (one in each house) with 50 & 55 inch smart TV's with Freeview and on demand television.
There are two, large kitchens with everything you need to cook, including pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper, plates bowls and cutlery.
WIFI is available throughout the house.
A large social / conferencing space sits in the middle of the rear garden with seating for up to 16 people and a 50 inch TV with HDMI connectivity for connecting a laptop / computer. Perfect for small conferences / events.
A small games room with table football and a small seating area is also available.
