Too far from the beach.

Not a short walk but a long maze walk to get to the beach. So disappointed.

Overall good experience. Comfy, convenient location. Felt safe. Nice pool and hot tub. Had issues with red ants. Could update blender and warped frying pans. David was very attentive. Would consider renting again.

Good not great

Positives nice floor plan, sleeping arrangements was nice. Pool was great. The room wasn’t very clean. There is water damage in bathrooms. Bathrooms had hair in them. Kitchen only had 4 forks but like 20 spoons(we had 6 guest). Other weird stuff like that. Room needs a good cleaning and some maintenance.

Not worth the money

Wouldn’t stay here again. A few things were not working upon arrival and we messaged the Vacasa number they gave us and they said it was our responsibility to fix them. When we couldn’t figure it out they finally sent someone over but still didn’t get any ice in fridge til we were leaving and hot tub never got any bubbles or over 90 degrees. No oven kits almost burned my hands. Vacasa is terrible I will never stay at one of their properties again.

A bit of a let down

Amenities were not as expected. Key to the gate didn't work so get to the beach had to walk through the property entry gate and around the souvenir store to get to the beach. Pool was frigid and spa was barely lukewarm. Gym is very minimal and stale smelling. Mismatched weights, one treadmill and one elliptical and a broken resistance machine. In the unit the master toilet runs non-stop, appears to have been repaired. Had issues getting internet but finally got it working. Appliance (dishwasher and washing machine) very noisy. Best feature was the outside grills, the grills are large so you need extra charcoal though.

The condo is very bright and welcoming. There is plenty of space for a family of 6. Everything is near by. I would say that if you want to get to the beach, then you’ll need to drive. The walk isn’t far but if you are bringing lots of beach stuff then drive. The only issue we had was a mix up in pool times. The rental agreement says 11 but the grounds man said 10. Otherwise, I’d visit again

December fishing trip

We booked a fishing trip with family and booked this property for it's location and amenities. The property was great! Our fishing trip was unfortunately canceled due to bad weather, but we still enjoyed exploring the island.

Dirty and needs some TLC

The pillows are stained yellow. When I removed the sheets the bed pad had blood stains. The top cover of the bed was stained not sure if it was even clean There is mold in the bathroom you can smell it when showering. The walls in the hall bath are rotting due to water damage the toilet seats are worn and should be replaced. Under the area rug is full of sand. The owner needs to come to their property and give it some love
