A large tasteful condo in a small 8 condo complex with a beautifully landscaped, semi-private tropical pool, less than 1 block from the beach and yet very close to Padre Blvd.

Whether you enjoy the beach, a quiet pool, or the South Padre Island night life, (or all three!) this is the perfect location for your stress free South Padre Island Getaway! This spacious second floor condo in a small quiet residential is decorated with beautiful contemporary furnishings with a tropical flair, its features include vaulted ceilings and TVs.

You can swim in the tropical pool that you share with only the seven other condos in this complex or the Gulf, whichever you choose. Within a short distance of all the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped and furnished with granite countertops and great appliances. A washer/dryer and reserved tandem parking add convenience to make this the perfect location for your South Padre Island getaway!

Overall experience was great. My family was pretty much the only ones there. Walking distance to the access was ok, not that it was an issue. I would most definitely go back.

Summer Getaway

Location was great! Walking distance to the beach. The place was clean and near a convenience store. Internet speed was a little slow, which made working a tad difficult, but other than that, we had a wonderful time!

Summer Getaway Week of July 4th

We had a great stay in this beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo. 1 block from the beach. Very clean and accessible. Easy check in and check process. Great view of the fireworks from Liam’s Steakhouse on July 4th. We would love to come back.

Great experience!

The entire process was super smooth! I had a little situation with double booking under 2 different companies, but the office management were amazing and helped every step of the way. The location was awesome! Very clean and comfy place for my family of 3. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need!! I will definitely keep this place in mind for future travels! THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME!!

Convenient getaway

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and an amazing coffee shop. The one area of weirdness or downfall is that you are only supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathrrom,one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and one dishwasher pod. These are all things we had to purchase more of during our 4 day stay with our family of four. I would think they would provide more of at least the cleaning essentials so people would upkeep the property as they stayed.

Mattress/sofa wasn’t too comfortable and I could have done without the construction and lawn service at 7:00 am. Not a good view from balcony. More TP on premises would have been nice. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. We loved the condo space we had, it was equipped with everything we needed.

The property itself was good. Spacious rooms and kitchen, everything was clean and fresh. My only complaint is that I didn't realize it was a shared pool, I was expecting a pool for my family and kids. I was thinking that I had booked a house when it was a condo, a misconception on my part I suppose. Had I known that though I would have considered the money I spent. I spent a lot of money and was charged $50 for late check-in of 30 minutes. I came a long way. But overall, it was a good trip and I would definitely return.

Spacious and bright!

Loved it. Very comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Could use a few more bath and hand towels, especially for a longer stay. Some attention could be given to the outside stair and railing system. Seems a bit unstable in a couple places. Overall, a great place and good location with nearby eats, coffee and shopping. And of course, the beach!

It was a perfect place for our family vacation! Close to the beach and very quiet! A beautiful spacious space! Pool is a little small but who needs a pool with a beautiful beach.

Family Vacation

My family and I always vacation for a week at South Padre. We meet my brother and my mom and dad. I loved the location of the rental. I didn’t mind the walk to the beach. The condo was clean, and updated. I would recommend to friends

Great place

Clean and nice property. We stayed for 5 nights and our only recommendation would be to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper. They provided one bag per bathroom trash and two for the kitchen, but all were very small. Also, only the one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and staying 5 nights with a family of 4 one more roll would have been nice to have. Overall the place was great and very clean.

A great place to retreat!

Management was super helpful. We blew a tire on the way there, leaving us no choice but to check-in late. We notified them ASAP and everything we needed was placed in the lockbox for us. Great management 👍
