**HOT TUBS ARE ON A HIRE BASIS ONLY FROM £180 to £200**



The Space:

Please note the hot tubs are on a hire basis and not stored at the property - For hires up to one week long we charge £180 for the Orbis and £200 for the Quatrospa. They deliver and setup up the hot tub so it is ready to use or left heating depending on the utilities available. The hot tub company leaves a full water treatment set with the guests with detailed instructions on how to care for the hot tub over the hire. If there are any issues the hot tub company are their first port of call and can either advise you over the phone or attend site if necessary.



Living Room - Spacious living space with log burning fireplace & books and games.



Living Room Two - Cosy snug with a large smart TV to watch apps such as Netflix, Disney, Amazon etc.



Dining room - Large dining area which seats 8 guests and space to have highchairs for younger ones.



Kitchen - Beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, two electric ovens, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machines.



Laundry - Washing Machine & separate clothes dryer.



Downstairs W/C



3 Bedrooms - All with kingsize beds with quality linen, ample hanging space, side drawer storage. Hairdryer provided.



4th Bedroom - Kingsize bed with quality linen & ample hanging space. Included is a en suite bathroom with Toilet & Shower.



Bathroom - Bath & Separate Shower with quality towels and essential amenities provided.



Internet - Wifi available.



Entertainment - Large smart Smart TV to log into Netflix/Amazon Prime/NOWTV/Apple TV and Disney+ accounts.



There is parking space for one car in our parking space, this also has EV charging, please contact us before hand as charges may apply.



There is also free on street parking.

Very comfortable and spacious property. En-suite perfect for Dad who is 94. Managed to find good accessible tracks suitable for us all to walk together nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at the Old Bank house

We had an enjoyable stay at the Old Bank house. Very comfortable house, super clean, furnished and equipped to a high standard. Ben was an excellent host, communications were easy. Plenty of things to visit and good places to eat/have a drink in easy reach from the house. We hope to be back soon.
