Large Family Home 8+2 near Bicester Village - Pass the Keys
Relax with family, friends or colleagues in our spacious home located in a quiet popular neighbourhood.
Spread across 3 floors, there are 5 double bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/diner, lounge with huge TV, separate study & private landscaped garden.
Perfect location for Bicester Village, just a 10 minute walk with Oxford centre and Blenheim Palace only 20 minutes by car. There are also shops & restaurants just a few minutes walk away.
The perfect stay for your family or work trip!
PLEAST NOTE while the bedrooms comfortably sleep 10 guests, there is only seating downstairs for 8 guests.
GROUND FLOOR:
Bright & airy living room with comfy seating for 8, huge Smart TV and French doors leading out into the back garden.
Open plan kitchen/diner: fully equipped kitchen including large gas hob & 2 full-size ovens with French doors leading out to the garden. Separate dining area seats 8. There are 4 dining chairs at the table, an additional 4 spare chairs can be found in the study.
Utility room with washing machine + tumble dryer
Study with 2 office desks + chairs
Downstairs WC
FIRST FLOOR:
Master bedroom with dual aspect views, king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower & bath, TV and built-in wardrobes.
2nd & 3rd bedrooms offer a double bed with hanging and shelf storage.
4th bedroom features 2 x single beds with storage.
All 4 bedrooms on the first floor are serviced by a family bathroom with separate bath and shower enclosure.
SECOND FLOOR:
Spacious 5th bedroom fills most of the top floor with Velux windows both sides, king-size bed and storage space. There is a separate shower room with WC for your convenience.
OUTSIDE:
Beautifully landscaped rear garden with olive & apple trees and a large covered pagoda. There is also a foldout table with seating for 8.
Parking outside the double garage for 2 cars plus ample visitors parking at the front of the property in the middle of the road.
A travel cot and high chair are available for an extra cost, ensuring a stress-free stay for younger families.
This large 3 storey detached home is available for the exclusive use of our guests.
There is a small storage room on the top floor for our personal use which is locked & inaccessible.
Other things to note
This is a family home in a very quiet close knit community, so strictly no parties (hen, stag etc) allowed please.
Please be advised, there are working outdoor security cameras to the front and rear of the property and there are motion sensors on all external doors.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
No outdoor shoes upstairs please.
Our home uses a water softening device throughout (taps, showers etc). If you require untreated water, there is a small tap in the sink in the utility room.
We can supply a travel cot & high chair for an additional cost of £25 per stay, please kindly request these at the time of booking.
Please note that a £50 callout charge will apply for misplaced keys and £100 will be charged for lost keys, so please be careful with them and place them back in the lockbox when you check-out.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
