For long-term reservations of more than 28 days, normal consumption of electricity, water, and gas are included, which will be established upon arrival, therefore, a deposit of $500 will be requested through this portal, and they are committed to compensate all bills if necessary, before leaving, if not, they do not have, the right to recover the deposit, and a claim would be filed through this portal, to claim the excess consumption of electricity, water, and gas consumed.

Backyard lawn watering is scheduled automatically, at different times of the day.

The Gardener may come to the accommodation during your stay, to cut the back and front grass, if this happens during your stay, you will be notified, so that you can be informed, otherwise we will not go, if you have not been notified in advance.

For reservations of 15 days or more, a reading of the electricity, water and gas meters will be carried out at check-in and check-out, and anything that exceeds the standard consumption of the house will be charged to part.
