Also on this level, 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower room with WC, a double hand-basin, a flat-screen television, and air conditioning. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen on this floor includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes this level.

On the lower ground floor, 1 additional bedroom is configured with a French bed of the same dimensions — 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length — and is served by a private shower room with WC and a double hand-basin, as well as a flat-screen television and air conditioning.
