“Jesse’s Awesome View” is a luxury 3-story cabin located inside the beautiful “PRESERVE ”, which is perched high on the mountains above “WEARS VALEY”. This newly renovated and furnished cabin is easily accessible with all paved roads and flat parking. This area was unaffected by the 2016 wildfires, so you will enjoy miles of spectacular unobstructed views from all 3 balconies of The Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
Each level of this beautiful all wood cabin, has a king size bedroom and bathroom, each with a flat screen TV. Perfect for providing privacy for multi-families or couples getaway. WI-FI is available throughout the Cabin. The owners have supplied EVERY bed in the cabin, with brand-new “Top of the line” Gel-cooled memory-foam mattresses. Which includes all 3-king size log beds, both twin-size mattresses in the loft, the twin-size log bunkbed in the game room, and both queen-size sleeper sofas.
The main floor of this cabin has a FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen for all your cooking needs. The dish-ware has service for 12 people. All the appliances are stainless steel with a brand new LARGE French-door refrigerator with dual ice-maker. This kitchen has EVERYTHING you will need to make your vacation stay “Just like home!” Outside the front door, is a charcoal grill for outdoor grilling.
Next to the kitchen is a counter high dining table that seats 8 which overlooks a spectacular view of the Smoky Mountains. Or, you can dine outside on the rear balcony while taking in the picturesque mountain views.
The great-room has large windows that reaches up to the upper level with breath taking views, a fireplace, and a queen-sleeper sofa with matching loveseat. The main floor also has a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
The bottom level has a private bedroom with a king size log-bed, facing a large window with spectacular view of the mountains. In addition, the lower level has a large family game room, equipped with a pool table, a brand new MULTICADE ARCADE GAME (Sit-down style w/ 2 stools), with 60 built-in games, featuring such classic games as Pac-man, Donkey-kong, and Galaga. Located next to the multicade, the kids will love the twin log bunk-bed and mini-fridge!
There’s more… The bottom level has a Home Theatre room, equipped with movie theatre seats, a brand-new Samsung 75” H.D. Smart TV, Hi-Def sound system, Blue-Ray DVD player, and an operating NETFLIX account exclusive for this cabin, where your family will enjoy hundreds of movies at your fingertips.
There is a large-capacity front load washer and dryer, conveniently located under the bottom level staircase.
All 3-balconies are furnished with beautiful new poly-resin outdoor rocking chairs and club chairs, so you can enjoy the spectacular sunrises with your morning coffee, and or the awesome sunsets with an evening cocktail.
The top level has another living area facing the large picture windows with a commanding view of the long mountain range. This beautifully decorated area comes with a queen sleeper with memory foam mattress, 2 mountain-lodge style chairs and a chess table already set up for a match. Or…you can just relax and watch a movie on the large screen TV and Blue-Ray DVD player. The upper level also has a large spacious bedroom area with a king size mountain-log bed. Across from the bedroom is a private bath with Jacuzzi Tub, along with a separate shower. There is also an additional loft with a wood ladder that leads up to a separate sleeping area above the third floor bathroom. Which offers two twin-memory foam mattresses for the young at heart.
Enjoy spectacular views from the 3rd floor balcony while relaxing in the Hot-Tub. Or, relax in one the rocking chairs overlooking the awesome view.
The Preserve Resort is one of the most exclusive resorts in the Smoky Mountains, and popular for its beauty and has a beautiful Wedding Chapel onsite that can be reserved for wedding parties of up to 100 people. There is also a beautiful pavilion with large outdoor fire place for gatherings, and a super spectacular view. NO RVs are allowed to be parked at any area of the Preserve Resort.
Honeysuckle Meadows pool and deli are available free of charge to all our guests. They offer fishing, huge outdoor pool, pavilion for cooking out, and a deli. Open May- October. The fishing pond is catch and release. Pole rentals are only $5 and bait as well is available. Pool hours are 10:00 am - 9:00 pm.
The Preserve Resort is located in the quiet, peaceful side of the smokies, which is conveniently located minutes’ drive from all the attractions. Just 5-miles from Townsend and the entrance to the “Great Smoky Mountain National Park”. Townsend is famous for their outdoor adventures like ziplines, riding stables, trout fishing, hiking, tubing as well for its restaurants, antique shops and gift stores.
Take a short-cut thru the beautiful National Park to Gatlinburg, just 20- minutes away, where EVERYTHING waits for you! Take a ride to the “Arts and Crafts” district which is a short drive away.
The Preserve Resort is very close to “Cades Cove”, where you will encounter all sorts of wild life up close. Even inside The Preserve… the bears are known to make daily appearances!
Just a 20-minutes’ drive down Wears Valley Road is Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, which also has everything! From Dollywood to miniature Golf, diner-theatres, "The Island In Pigeon Forge", as well as GREAT RESTAURANTS, exclusive shops at Tanger Outlets, Smoky Mountain Knife Works and many more!
