Central 2-Bedroom Apartment with private parking - home from home

Murano Place Apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully equipped self catering holiday apartment with private parking. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Leith Walk, the apartment is within walking distance of city centre attractions. Sleeps up to 4 (plus 1 baby). Check-in and check-out times are negotiable. The apartment is ideal for short city breaks as well as longer holidays. Third floor - Sorry NO LIFT.

Our apartment offers spacious and immaculate accommodation, with a homely feel. Fully equipped with everything for your stay - fresh linen and towels, hairdryers , WiFi, Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, DVDs, books, board games, toys, cot and highchair at no extra cost, washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, iron, plenty of crockery/cooking utensils and a variety of spices for home cooking. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate and Shortbread biscuits await you on your arrival.

There is a private, secured parking space for one car.

Direct tram to/from Edinburgh Airport - approx 35 minutes.

On your door step, you will find everything else that you could possibly want for an enjoyable stay - a variety of restaurants, take-away outlets and pubs, as well as supermarkets and delicatessens, playgrounds, the tram and a number of buses to take you to the city centre as well as to attractions further afield, such as the Royal Yacht Britannia or the Zoo.

Very comfortable with all amenities in a lovely and very convenient location. Car parking space was a bonus. The owner had been careful to create a welcoming atmosphere and on entering the property it was warm with some subtle Christmas decorations dotted around. It had everything we needed and we were really comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Situated in a very central location, this property is perfect for a quick family getaway to beautiful Edinburgh. Almost felt like home away from home. My interactions with the host and the way in which she managed our check-in was seamless. We would certainly use this property again.

Yes Kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. It was clean and tidy. There was wifi, TV and music readily available. This apartment is close to everything.. restaurants, trams, buses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Thanks Elisabeth for being such a great host!

Fantatic stay here. Elisabeth was very attentive in communicating and provided lots of helpful information. The accommodation is in a great location with plenty of shops and food places near by and it has the added bonus of off street parking. The flat was spacious, clean and very well equipped; we were very comfortable here.Would have no hesitation staying again.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Elisabeth and Gordon met us on arrival and explained the do’s and don’ts , the Apartment was clean and comfortable and very convenient for trans and buses with on site parking for our large van. We have no complaints and did get used to the stairs up to the apartment ( the luggage carrying up stairs was fun !) but we were aware there was no lift before booking. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary shortbread and sweeties . Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect for our needs

We had a wonderful stay here. Plenty of space, a clean and comfortable accommodation with everything a person could need. Elisabeth was excellent with communication beforehand and we felt very well taken care of.Just a few minutes from plenty of coffee, food, grocery stores and trams / buses.I would happily return next time I’m in Edinburgh!

Beautiful, well-maintained holiday apartment near Edinburgh's city centre.

We really enjoyed our time in the wonderful, well-kept apartment, which was furnished with attention to detail. Our very nice hostess, Elisabeth, welcomed us personally and showed us everything.There were shops nearby, good restaurants (for breakfast or dinner), and it wasn't far from the city center; a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-minute bus or tram ride.We would love to come back anytime.

Nice apartment

A very nice, clean apartment in a nice, calm area of Edinburgh. Close to restaurants and easy to walk into city. The apartment had everything we needed, even adapters so we could charge our cellphones. Comfort beds and lots of guidebooks. Well over our expectations compare to the photos.

We loved the apartment. It gave us a place to relax and plan our days. Grateful for the wi-fi since our mobile data didn't work in the UK. Bus and tram stops nearby made moving about the city easy.I would recommend this property as a base for exploring Edinburgh.
