Large apartment on the first floor of a two-family building, located just 300 meters from the beach of Marina Centro , between Piazzale Kennedy and the Grand Hotel 🏖️✨. The residential area is quiet but convenient, with all the neighborhood services and just a 5-minute walk from the central station , perfect for quick trips without a car.
The apartment consists of an entrance, kitchen, and sleeping area with three bedrooms : two double and one with a French bed. The bathroom is functional and complete.
Thanks to its proximity to the sea and generous spaces, it is ideal for families who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation between beach, comfort and convenience 🌴☀️.
