Gorgeous home with excellent views of the beach and water, everything we expected and much more. This unit was well equipped. The owners made it easy to contact them and provided tons of information of their home and activities available in the area. We definitely will make plans to visit again next year.

I loved my stay in the condo. The owners were great. The pictures were accurate. The view was beautiful. The pool was clean. I would gladly stay here again !

I am a local resident of Santa Rosa Beach and my friends and I wanted to stay at a place just far enough a way that all my kids and grandkids didn't bom bard us every day. This was the perfect place!!! AND much more affordable than where I live at the 30A area. Loree the owner was so easy to get in touch with, the place was just as expected. The furnishings as far as the furniture in the bedrooms was a little out dated but with an incredible view like we had, who cares. The couch was new as well as the bath rooms had been updated. This place checked ALL the boxes and did I mention affordable. We will definately be coming back to this condo in the near future, and we may even bring a few of the grands with us!!!!

Great location with great gulf views. Host provided proactive and detailed communication well ahead of check in. The condo had everything we needed. The extras were nice and convenient: beach cart, chairs, beach towels, spices and seasonings in the pantry, and especially the ice machine.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo and would gladly stay here again!The condo was comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location for enjoying everything Navarre Beach has to offer. One of our favorite features, by far, was the dedicated ice maker. Having plenty of ice available for our coolers all week was such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days so much easier. The condo also includes a two-chair and umbrella setup by La Dolce Vita each morning, which was a wonderful added feature that made our beach days even more relaxing and convenient.We truly enjoyed our week and appreciated the outstanding hospitality and responsiveness throughout our stay. If we’re fortunate enough to return to Navarre Beach in the future, we’d love the opportunity to stay here again. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We enjoyed our stay very much at Beach Colony West. Very spacious for our group and the 3 full bathrooms was so nice to have!! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. The extra bonuses line the beach cart, beach tent and beach toys were such a blessing!!!The owners were very responsive and accommodating! So nice! Water very clear and surf conditions were perfect for our group. Our stay—wonderful!!! I did struggle with the beach chair service. It’s advertised that you get 2 chairs and an umbrella. While, I 100% realize it’s first comeFirst serve, you WILL NOT get a spot right in front of the water unless you’re willing to walk down to either side of the long line of chairs set up that are set up before daylight and reserved by people that live there full time. It was impossible to sit in a provided beach chair with an umbrella and watch your kids play at the waters edge. So just bring your own chairs and go Set them up. If you put them in a place that’s “reserved” you will Be asked by the beach chair service to move them bc the peopleThat live there have “priority” placement. I get it. They live there full time, but for people that pay the higher rental cost to be directly on the beach it’s frustrating not to be able to place your things where you want. So just know that you won’t get a furnished chair/umbrella set closest to water.We still had a blast but before I book my next vacation I will inquire more about the chair service.

Amazing area! Great condo furnished with lots of extras to use at the beach. The owners were quick to reply and correct a concern we had. The condo is great with amazing views. Honestly, the owners had the best communication we have ever had, sending a welcome letter to explain everything about their condo and the area. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed multiple walks to the pier and on the pier.

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed a family vacation on the beach and this property was ideal! The location, direct access to the beach, ease of secure parking, the layout of the condo, and the amazing balcony made it the perfect place for our family to spread out and enjoy. We also really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and that beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. were all provided. The hosts were so lovely to communicate and work with and provided an especially thoughtful gesture for one of our family members who was celebrating a birthday. Highly recommend!!

We’ve found our favorite!

We’ve stayed in several condos in Beach Colony East and this is the most well equipped with extras. It was so nice to have all the beach gear including the daily beach chairs. We also appreciated the well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. This condo was clean, well decorated and comfortable. We have found a condo that we want to return to each year.

Family vacation

The condo came with anything a person could want. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand chairs, beach towels and beach chairs. There was a big beach wagon, ice machine and cooler. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great.
