These doors lead from the living area to a terrace area and enclosed cottage garden which opens out to access for country walks, or exploration of the 12-acre gardens and grounds of Aubourn Hall itself. The property has two parking spaces directly outside and benefits from a sun terrace which overlooks the courtyard at the front of the property. It sits on the edge of the picturesque village of Aubourn where there is A pub serving meals throughout the week. There are many walks available from the Barn House to suit those wanting a short stroll, but also those wanting longer routes.
