The lower level of the villa features a mini-spa room, complete with a sauna and a whirlpool Jacuzzi large enough for up to 10 guests. Additionally, there is a self-contained apartment with its own open-plan lounge, kitchen, and bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This apartment offers direct access to the garden and is perfect for those seeking privacy within the group.

Inside, the villa is equipped with everything you could desire for a relaxing stay. The split-level lounge and dining area feature a fireplace, plasma TVs in every room, a Wii gaming console, and a 3D TV with glasses. The property also has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, including a vitro-ceramic hob, wine cooler, double fridge freezer, dishwasher, and more.

A refundable damage deposit of €1,500 is required. This will be charged 7 days before your arrival via credit card and refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Cot rentals for children aged 0-1 are available upon request at €50 per stay, to be paid separately during your stay. Please note that cots are subject to availability, and no extra beds are available at the property. Children aged 2 years and above will be charged as adults.
