Welcome to Casa Carla, our exclusive villa completely renovated in 2024, located in Lanzarote, in the quiet area of Playa Blanca. Perfect for a relaxing holiday or for working remotely with your family, this villa can accommodate up to six people (plus infants) and is equipped with every comfort to make your stay unforgettable, offering an oasis of relaxation and luxury.
Villa Features:
Three Bedrooms: Relax in our three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed or two single beds, depending on your preference, for maximum flexibility. The master bedroom features a non-detachable double bed. The third bedroom has a dedicated office space, ideal for remote work while the family enjoys the vacation. All rooms are equipped with the latest generation air conditioning.
Three Modern Bathrooms: The villa has three bathrooms: one en-suite in the master bedroom with a bathtub, one with a shower opposite the second bedroom, and a third bathroom, also with a shower, located outside, next to the garden.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals: induction stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and two refrigerators. You will also find plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
Spacious Living Areas: The large living room and dining area both feature two 55-inch Samsung OLED TVs. Entertainment is guaranteed with a Netflix subscription, as well as local TV and Samsung TV+.
Private Heated Saltwater Pool: The heated pool, kept at 27-28°C, is sanitized through electrolysis with a salt chlorinator, ensuring clean and safe water. Access to the pool can be fully closed off with a glass door, ensuring the safety of children. By the pool, you will also find a solar-heated shower and a wooden bar where you can prepare your favorite cocktails.
Relaxation and Entertainment: A large garden with high-quality artificial grass ensures total comfort. You can relax on the Balinese bed or one of the sun loungers. The villa also features a fully equipped fitness room and an outdoor area with a ping-pong table and barbecue.

The villa is located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, just a 5-minute walk from cliffs and panoramic spots ideal for watching stunning sunsets. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away, while the center of Playa Blanca is only a 10-minute drive. The bus stop is just 10 minutes on foot from the villa.
House Rules:
Parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and activities that disturb the neighborhood are prohibited.
Quiet hours must be respected as indicated by Residencial La Carabela.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the villa and in the garden.
