This beautiful holiday home is located in the village of Zarečje, near Pazin, in a quiet location not far from the river Pazinčica. It is ideal for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, providing accommodation for up to 10 people. The house consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two kitchens and two comfortable living rooms, making it suitable for larger families or a group of friends. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, the house offers a private swimming pool of 32 m2 with 10 deck chairs, perfect for refreshing on warm summer days. Guests can enjoy a fenced yard with parking, ensuring privacy and security. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue, children's playground, free internet and 2 air conditioners located in the living rooms. Pets are welcome with prior notice and surcharge. The center of Pazin, supermarkets and restaurants are only 3 km away, while the nearest beach is 35 km away.
