Apt downtown Chamberí

This accommodation is offered exclusively for short-term rentals, intended for justified temporary stays. Priority is given to guests traveling for work, academic, medical, specialized training, or other justified reasons, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law. Availability is subject to the owner's use of the property on specific dates.
The Space
Reservations require the signing of a lease agreement and a security deposit in accordance with applicable regulations.

The accommodation is intended solely as a temporary accommodation solution. The tenant expressly declares that this is not their habitual or permanent residence, and therefore, registration at this address is not permitted. The price includes internet, gas, and community fees for the building. Electricity is additional and the bill would be paid in the second month.
The renovated kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils.
It consists of a spacious living room with a sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs, a TV, and two portable AC units.

Services and Common Areas
Any member of my team will greet you at the apartment to provide the keys and all the information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We kindly ask that you send us all the information before your arrival so we can organize everything, including the ID or passport numbers of all guests. We will always be in contact during your stay in case you need anything or have any problems.

Other things to note
Please observe the house rules and respect the neighbors' sleep. Parties of any kind are prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed upon with the landlord.

Out of respect for the community, loud noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Likewise, parties, events, and large gatherings are prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and contract, in addition to possible intervention by the competent authorities.

It is mandatory to take out the trash regularly and prevent it from accumulating in the apartment during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay here & would recommend it to others as well. The only negative was the only bathroom is tucked away in the master room, so if anyone needs to use the bathroom, they have to bother or wake whoever is staying in the master. Other than that & for a few other small/normal things that happen, it was a terrific stay! :-)

The property had everything we needed, including a washing machine that also dries clothing! It was comfortable and clean and the owner made sure we had everything we need. The neighborhood is great. Chamberi is a very central location. Not touristy (which, after a week in the tourist hub of Sol, was a welcome relief.) Still there were lots of interesting eateries, bars and cafes, and even a theater nearby where we took in a play! It was excellent! All in all a great time was had by my grown daughter and me!

Ideal location, and beautiful apartment

Elegant apartment has wonderful lounge space and table space and desk space and closet space. Great Wi-Fi too. Truly fantastic location just steps to all the wonderful restaurants and markets and Metro.Splendid host with ideal check-in process, meeting us at the apartment and giving us a personal tour along with tips for our stay. Superb communication.Downsides: AC units vent through windows into the courtyard so those windows do not close and lock for security. We did not feel insecure nor did we have any problems. The bigger challenge is that the bathroom smells like a porta potty and the smell pervades the adjacent bedroom.

Expérience mitigée

L'appartement présente plusieurs inconvénients. L'humidité est vraiment un problème majeur, rendant l'espace inconfortable. La salle de bain, mal située dans la chambre, n'est pas idéale pour deux couples. De plus, l'emplacement de l'appartement, au fond d'un corridor, est assez désagréable. Les fenêtres donnent sur une cour intérieure mal entretenue, ce qui ne contribue pas à une belle vue ou à une ambiance agréable. Enfin, le frais supplémentaire de 30 pour l'arrivée n'était pas annoncé lors de la réservation, ce qui a été une mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée. Les photos laissaient l'impression d'un espace plus grand, mais la réalité est un peu différente. Un seul jeu de clés pour plusieurs personnes est également compliqué à gérer. Bref, nous avons trouvé cet appartement un peu décevant pour le prix payé.

We hebben een heerlijke week in Madrid gehad. Het appartement was een fijne uitvalsbasis om naast te overnachten ook te ontspannen en eten. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Host was goed bereikbaar en problemen met de boiler zijn dezelfde dag opgelost. Enige minpuntje was het weinige daglicht. Maar daarentegen waren de nachten zonder overlast van straatgeluid.

No una buena experiencia

Estuvimos 6 noches en Octubre, Tuve que pedir si por favor me podian cambiar las ollas que estaban en muy mal estado y me las trajeron al dia siguiente por insistir, sino las iban a entregar a la mitad de la estadia. Sin embargo no hay una pava o recipiente alguno en donde calentar agua o leche,solo una bateria limitada de ollas y muy pocos utensillos de cocina,asique tuvimos que usar las ollas nuevas para calentar agua y leche para el desayuno. Prometieron un microondas que nunca llego, el control remoto del televisor nunca aparecio y la limpieza no estaba a la altura. El polvo no se habia quitado y en los closets habia bastante polvo tambien. La nevera no estaba del todo limpia, el sofa tiene manchas y las condiciones del apartmento no estan acorde a las fotos. Las fundas de las almohadas solo cubrian 3/4 de la superficie ya que eran de un tamaño menor. Habia arañas que tuvimos que sacar. La ubicacion es muy buena pese a todo.
