Upstairs offers a quiet space for reading and another terrace with space for sunbathing. It also has a communal pool and solarium in the quiet residential complex in which it is located.

With the beach just a few steps from the house, in a beautiful village full of walking areas, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. In addition to a magnificent connection to the freeway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.
