Modern and spacious apartment perfect to spend your holidays or a short break.

Our house has a beautiful contemporary kitchen equipped so that you can cook when and how you want.
In our rooms you will find what you are looking for, all are perfect to enjoy rest, well-being and disconnection. Fully equipped and furnished, in addition to having good lighting

It has a nice balcony for you to enjoy the wonderful landscapes found in the Canary Islands. Sit on our terrace and have a drink enjoying the calm at sunset.

Our team will be at your disposal to solve any problem or doubt you may have during your stay. Local recommendations, taxi reservations, etc.

Guests can find public parking on the street very close to the property.

Gran Canaria is a big destination with almost 60km of beaches to enjoy with the family and with a western part declared a Biosphere Reserve. It is a unique natural space for its beauty and for the great variety of ecosystems it houses.

Lovely flat

The flat is great (except maybe the shower has seen better days) otherwise it has everything needed for a great holiday. There's even a supermarket next door. However it's very cold indoors, even when it's warm outside, which is great in summer, but a bit miserable on winter evenings. The flat definitely needs a heater.

Schönes Apartment mit leichten Mängeln

Schönes großes Apartment in super Lage. Allerdings gab es auch ein paar Mängel z.B. Schimmel unter der Spüle, weil die Arbeitsplatte und der Ablauf undicht waren. Zudem hatten wir trotz Buchungsbestätigung kein Babybett, da unsere Vormieter dieses kaputt gemacht haben. Ein Ersatz wurde uns während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht beschafft. Die Betten sind insgesamt ziemlich hart. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher spartanisch, es gibt nicht mal ein Geschirrtuch oder einen Pfannenwender. Bei der Kommunikation muss man wissen, dass es nur die Möglichkeit gibt mit dem virtuellen Assistenten zu chatten, keine Telefonnummer oder ähnliches für Kurzfristiges/Notfälle. Das macht es unpersönlich, aber man bekommt schnelle Antworten.

Vivienda correcta pero impersonal

El apartamento es muy bonito y funcional pero nadie te recibe al entrar, recibes unas instrucciones, te comunicas con un chat de inteligencia artificial y si tienes algún problema que se salga de los estándar pues tardan mucho en darte solución. Hablamos por teléfono al entrar con una chica muy amable pero q no conocía el apartamento. Lo siento, soy antigua, prefiero un buen anfitrión/a q te explique todo y te aconseje. El material es escaso:un solo rollo de WC, no hay jabón de manos, un solo trapo de cocina. Funcional, si, pero justito.

Regarding your comments, we would like to clarify that the apartment is prepared with towels and bed linen according to the number of registered guests, and replacements are not included during the stay. This is not a hotel service, and for longer stays, we recommend guests make use of the washing machine available in the unit. The same applies to supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, and cleaning tools, which are provided in an estimated amount as a courtesy, not for full replenishment throughout the stay. As for the coffee and tea, these are offered when possible as a welcome detail, but they are not guaranteed in the listing. Dish towels are also provided when included in the inventory of that specific unit. Our communication system is automated for efficiency, but there is always a team behind it ready to assist. If any issue had been reported again during your stay, we would have gladly reviewed it to find a quick solution. Thank you again for your feedback.
