Villa Teresa is located in Massa e Cozzile in the province of Pistoia, right in the heart of Tuscany.
From the villa you can reach the center of the town with a walk of about 20 minutes during which you can admire the beautiful natural landscape of Tuscany.
The strategic position of Villa Teresa allows guests to visit the most popular destinations in Tuscany during their stay. Located halfway between Lucca and Florence, you can the latter in just thirty minutes by car and in about 20 km you can reach Lucca. A short distance from Villa Teresa you can also find Montecatini Terme, renowned for its regenerating thermal waters and its characteristic historic centre.
Pistoia is only 20 km from Villa Teresa. This provincial capital fascinates with its artistic heritage and its lively squares, deserving the denomination of "little Florence". If you wish to take a photo of the most famous Leaning Tower in the world, you can get to Pisa in less than an hour by car. And to immerse yourself into art, you can visit the city of Vinci, about 25 km from the villa, which celebrates the genius of Leonardo da Vinci, offering the possibility of exploring the Leonardian Museum and the birthplace of the great inventor. The breathtaking views of the Cinque Terre can be reached in approximately 1 .5 hours by car, allowing guests to explore the charming coastal lands and picturesque villages. The area surrounding Villa Teresa is dotted with vineyards and olive groves, offering the opportunity to immerse yourself in the Tuscan wine and olive oil culture.

During your stay, you can stroll among the vineyards that surround the structure, organize aperitifs by the pool with excellent Tuscan wine and enjoy the numerous relaxation areas that the villa offers.
The French window of the villa's main kitchen opens onto the external dining area. The area is covered and equipped with a large dining table, ideal for enjoying a lunch with friends outdoor.
Be prepared to fall in love with the villa's wonderful pool: a large infinity pool with a panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside Here, you can admire the magnificent landscapes and have fun together with your friends and family. The six-seater jacuzzi next to the pool completes the experience of total relax.
The entire solarium area of the pool is paved and equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas and pool towels, available for guests.
A short distance away, you will find the professional outdoor kitchen, complete with refrigerator, sink and kitchen burners. The entire area is covered, and is equipped with a large table, making it the ideal place to create fanciful pool aperitifs.
Your evenings will be animated by tasty barbecues, thanks to the professional gas barbecue present in the structure. To end your evening in the best possible way, you can return to your bedroom on the ground floor. Here, a large French window leads to the side patio, where you will find a second jacuzzi and deckchairs, offering you an enchanting view of the surrounding vineyards.
Villa Teresa is a typical Tuscan farmhouse completely restored in 2021 that can accommodate up to 12 people. The property consists of the main villa and the annex.
The main building is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room and an open space kitchen with dining room where there is a large table capable, of accommodating all guests.
The modern kitchen is characterized by contemporary design. Fully equipped, the kitchen offers a large double-door fridge and a practical induction kitchenette, ideal for experimenting with delicious recipes during your stay. The arched glass doors are a tribute to Tuscan architecture, and let natural light filter in, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Two double bedrooms are on this floor, both featuring a private bathroom with shower and direct access to the external patio via a comfortable French window. Going up the internal staircase you can reach the first floor of the villa. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, lamps and a large wardrobe. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.
A few steps from the main building, an external staircase leads to the first floor of the annex, where there is a spacious double bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system. The entire structure is equipped with a modern underfloor cooling system and mosquito nets on the windows.

The rental price includes:
property delivered completely clean and equipped with linen and towels; 2 hours a day morning housekeeping service (1 housekeeper, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.); mid-week linen change (Wednesdays); pool towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); pets allowed on request (maximum 1 per week); air conditioning; heating consumption; Wifi; garden and pool cleaning.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
extra single bed on request €100,00 per stay; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 1,50 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights (children under 12 years old exempted).
