Family friendly cottage with countryside views and spacious garden

Hi Susan Thankyou for the feedback. We where unaware of the condition of the outdoor chairs but we have had these replaced since receiving your review. We regularly have a deep clean of the entire property in addition to the clean after every guest leaves and we are disappointed that you did not feel the cleanliness was up to standard. We have a private cleaning and maintenance company who look after the property for us and we will contact them regarding your feedback. Unfortunately not every mattress suits every person, the ones at the property where specifically chosen as they where considered universally comfortable.
