This is a well decorated and fully maintained Sabina Villa in the 5 star La Torre Golf resort in Murcia.



It has 2 double bedrooms. 1 with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The other with two single beds. There is a further main bathroom in the property. (Both bathrooms contain shower only – no bathtub)



There is a separate well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, full fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and oven/hob.

There is a spacious living room / diner with high ceilings, dining table and chairs, sofa and TV with standard La Torre channels.

There is an outside terrace that leads off of the living room with a comfy L shaped seating area and further dining table. This leads on to the rest of the garden area with its own private swimming pool. In the garden area there are 4 sun loungers.



On top of the villa is a large roof terrace with another table and chairs and a small comfy sitting area.



There is air-conditioning throughout the villa and free Wi-Fi Internet



The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket etc, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.
