- The kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, a dining set, a dining table with chairs, a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a washing machine and a microwave.
As a goodwill gesture, we offer free light breakfasts, such as Tea, Coffee, Cereals, Snacks, Milk, Water bottles, jams, and Juices.
- The living room has a cosy sofa and a lounger bed.
The large first bedroom has a king-size bed with fresh duvet and pillows.
The second small bedroom has a single bed with fresh duvet and pillows.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower.
Fresh Linen and towels are included to make your stay more enjoyable.
- Parking facilities: Available outside the house on weekdays for 3 hours NO RETURN or Free from
6 pm to 10 am.
- On the Weekends free parking 24/7.

- Smoking is not allowed within the house. However, you can smoke outside the front door or in
the rear garden area.
- If you spill it wipe it, If you open it shut it, If you dirty it clean it. Keep it nice, clean and
