The apartment:



This modern one-bedroom apartment is carefully designed to optimise and maintain a contemporary aesthetic.



It offers a pleasant sense of spaciousness, thanks to its open space that integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen into a single environment.



Your American-style kitchen is fully equipped with the latest utensils and appliances. The spacious living room has an elegant avant-garde design and features a double sofa bed and a smart television.



The room has a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes and modern, delicate decoration, which offers functionality, space and comfort to our guests. The apartment also has a spacious full bathroom with shower.



The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of April, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.



To bear in mind:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.



Important: all check-ins to be carried out from 21:00 onwards have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.
