Three of us and our dog enjoyed the apartment. It was nice to have a private entrance to the unit, then a short flight of stairs up. The location was convenient and the surrounding area is very pretty.

A great location for spending a weekend in Paris! Hosts were great with communication and apartment was cozy!

Location was amazing! We could not have been happier. Walked to nearly all the sights, only needed to take the train to the Eiffel Tower and the airport. (Seine, Notre Dame, Sainte Chappelle, the Lourve were all within a 25-30 minute walk.) Also very close to multiple train lines. In the lively neighborhood of Le Marais, you are a 3 minute walk from cafes and shops galore, but you are on a quiet side street, so away from the noise when you want to sleep. You will want to plan time to just hang out, eat, shop, and stroll in this wonderful neighborhood. Very family friendly. Apartment was great for our family of 5, 3 of whom are teens. Two small bedrooms (one with Murphy bed) and a pullout couch that we folded up in the morning so we had more space. A full bathroom upstairs, and then a cute, small shower/sink downstairs, which helped when we were all trying to get ready in the morning. Very nice to have washer there. We didn’t have any problems when there, so we didn’t need to communicate with the hosts, but they were friendly and helpful when we communicated for check in. Would absolutely stay here again!
