Discover Villa Alice, a charming Algarvian house located between Albufeira and Guia, perfect for a relaxing vacation. With a welcoming and spacious atmosphere, it is ideal for families and groups seeking comfort and tranquility.



Villa Alice accommodates 8+2 guests and features two main bedrooms in the main house: an elegant double room with a private bathroom and a comfortable twin room. Additionally, an annex next to the pool has two additional twin rooms and a common bathroom with a shower, ensuring more privacy and space.



Common areas were designed for comfort and socializing. The living room and kitchen in an open space create a perfect environment for leisure and shared meals. Outside, a porch with a dining table invites you to enjoy the Algarvian climate, while the barbecue area makes each meal even more special.



The entire property has air conditioning, ensuring comfort in any season. Come and experience unforgettable days at Villa Alice, where every detail was thought out to provide well-being and unique moments.



It is recommended to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if necessary.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 8 people.

The 9th and 10th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
