Peaceful and central location

The house was perfect for those who want to explore the Algarve. It is ideal to have a car if you want to explore nearby towns. The house was spacious for our multigenerational family and had lots of amenities to keep everyone occupied. The house was impeccably clean, and the property managers were absolutely wonderful and responsive to inquiries. We also loved each local activity they suggested for our family. The home is older and is due for a refresh in well-used areas like the bathrooms however, they were very clean.

Such a wonderful villa

This villas was so spacious. We went as a group of 8 friends and were still able to have time to ourselves while being under one roof. The taxi service provided by villas duma was exceptional, always on time and the driver was very friendly. The villa was well maintained by the gardener and cleaning staff. The location was perfect for our group as we were young and lively, so we were able to have a great time without being annoying for other holiday makers. Facilities were modern and up to date. We had a fantastic time and cant wait to revisit again. The only thing we weren´t keen on was the holy items in each of the bedrooms. Felt like an exorcism was about to take place. Nice photos would be the preferred choice.

Superb holiday villa.

The excellent communication from Helen throughout our booking and Helen even arranged car hire for us at a great rate. The Vilia was superb on all fronts -location, cleanliness,pool, security etc. Welcome pack. Better directions from the airport to the villa as we got lost. Above issues are only minor and did not detract from our holiday.

Wonderful Villa

This villa has everything you need to have a break away, but within easy reach of the lovely resort of Olhos de Água. The check in and care offered was exceptional and the listing was clean and spotless. My only feedback would be that the villa could do with a minimal refresh to bring it back to being beautiful and up to date; but this is genuinely minor.

Villa was spacious and very well equipped had everything we needed. We booked it with Villa Cashina which is next door exactly what we needed as we were a large number of family members over to celebrate a Birthday milestone. Nothing it was perfect.

Wow, what a place to stay

The villa is in a great location in the algarve, the staff are polite and very helpful, suburb Villa with everything you need and more. Very clean and tidy, definitely want to come back. Thank you. Probably could do with updating a bit, (toilet seats etc) but not enough to spoil our holiday.

Great villa in amazing location

The villa was huge, all of the rooms were large which was great as there was 8 of us staying. The pool was a good size & there were plenty of sun loungers & seats. The villa is in a quiet residential area but only a 15 minute walk to the nearest shops. We used Uber to get around which was cheap & reliable. The villa company has it's own mini bus which we used for transfers from the airport & we also booked a few excursions with them which was very economical & we could plan our trips to suit us. The villa company staff were very friendly & helpful. Things that could be improved some of the toilet seats did not fit so were not stable, we did not get dish towels until Tuesday when the cleaners came. A few light bulbs were out or missing. These are pretty minor things. I would definitely book this villa again or another of Villa Dumas' villas.

Week in a villa

10 of us stayed a week in this villa. There are 5 ensuites, air con, lounge, a huge kitchen and a separate dinnig room. Bonus are a separate fully equiped laundry room, and a guest toilet. Outside, there is a large kidney shaped pool and a smaller plunge pool. Add to that, a BBQand outside kitchen, several terraces and large gardens.We spent every morning and most afternoons in and around the pool, and we all had a fantastic time. The villa is just a 15 minute walk to the viĺage of Olhus de agua, and a short uber ride into Albufeira. We also had transfers to and from the airport provided by Villasduma. This is our third Villa with Villasduma, they provide excellent customer service and value. I cannot praise them enough. The kitchen cupboards are a little dated, but it didnt affect us.

Great villa

Great stay in an amazing villa. It is a little dated but that didn't bother us Bars, restaurants and a supermarket is walkable in about 15/20 mins but the walk is sand and riugh grass and also very hilly so not great with a pram but no issues without i it. Uber brilliant to get around

Excellent family villa

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. The pool and additional games facilities were perfect for a relaxing week. A car was essential for getting around but I believe the villa owners do offer this service. The beach at Olhos De Agua was beautiful and very family friendly.

Communication was very good with all staff at the villa, service was amazing. The villa is beautiful, very well maintained and absolutely huge. Pools are spotless too. (Towels were changed midweek) Villa is fairly remote but Uber was so easy and cheap to use. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the villa or the company again. Only downside we found is that the kitchen is stripped of everything, so he prepared to buy it all. Ie cling film, bin liners, salt and pepper, oil etc A welcome pack of a few basics to get started with would have been great and some basic household items left behind ie tin foil, few bin liners etc

Golfi trip with friends

We had a really great stay at the villa! As a group of 6 friends playing golf for a week the house was perfect regarding location and facilities. A lot of space both indoors and outdoors for social activities, good sleeping arrangements with on suite bathrooms, mid week cleaning and new towels for pool and bathroom. Our host was really friendly and helpful with easy check in and out arrangements. We can definitely recommend this house for nice stay in the Albufeira area.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Enorm groot huis met heerlijke tuin, zwembad en BBQ ruimte Wij hadden 14 dagen prachtig weer dus hebben er volop van kunnen genieten. De badkamers en de meubels zijn een beetje gedateerd maar het was er brandschoon. 2x per week schone handdoeken en maken zij het huis schoon en 1x per week verschonen zij de bedden. De communicatie met Cindy van VillasDuma was geweldig, wat een aardige en behulpzame vrouw. Wij hebben ervan genoten. Nelly Willems

A beautiful villa

This is a spacious villa with beautiful surroundings with easy access to many lovely places. We used uber which was fast and efficient. The décor is a little tired and the dishwasher did not work but Cindy, the manager took a full note and was helpful in terms of anything we needed to know. She offered great advice as to where to visit etc. We had a fabulous time!

Spacious villa

We had a great holiday here. Pools were of a decent size, the villa was huge, fairly secluded and quiet. It had lots of storage and seating. Was a bonus having the table tennis, pool table and air hockey. Air conditioning was much needed and worked well. 10 to 15 minute walk cross country to a few eateries and shop. Ubers were super easy to use. Pool towels were provided. Kitchen was well equipped but could’ve done with a few baking trays and a few more tea spoons. Washing machine and iron provided and a line to hang the washing which was really handy. Would stay here again
