Nice place and very spacious. Check in process was a nightmare. Booked it for the night before because we were coming in early the next day. No one said they are only open 9a-6p. Had to wait several hours to get someone to respond and the instructions said someone would meet us at the place. Finally got a call and I had to take a cab to their office because the person couldn't leave to bring me the keys. Make sure you are coming between those hours they are open.

Place is spacious and comfortable and close to metro. The only issue is the check in process which was awful. I booked the place for the night before because we were getting in early the next morning. No one communicated that they had to bring a key to let you and that they do not open until 9am. After waiting several hours I finally got ahold of someone they said I needed to come to their office to pick up the key to get in. It was an inconvenience. Communication could have been better But overall a nice and comfortable place.

We enjoyed this home. So nice! There is a small elevator for luggage to go up to the 4th floor. It’s spiral stairs to the 4th floor and we used the elevator also (2 people can squeeze in at a time).Two bathrooms. Three bedrooms perfect for us 3 ladies traveling together. Métro stop super close to the house. Multiple lines at this stop. Taxi stand outside house!CON:Very confusing with using Belvitta for payment and Checkmyguest. Would prefer everything be done through Vrbo. Wasn’t sure who to contact with questions. Could not figure out wifi.
