Our condo has a brand new living room, cozy fireplace and commercial grade boot warmer/dryer for your convenience.

There is no need for a car - But if you do - you will have some of the best parking in town (two spots).

Why they chose this property

We NOW HAVE AIR CONDITIONING! And we cannot think of a better location. The best of both worlds: Snow Action (practically ski to back door) and Main Street action (steps away from front door). Best Parking in town!!!!! Amazing beds and linens and newly remodeled living room. This unit is the perfect distance from Main Street because it is still QUIET, RELAXING & COZY.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the ability to ski in/ski out via Town Lift and within minutes walk to all the incredible events, restaurants, galleries, museums and music venues. Now, enjoy the summers with air conditioning - not that common in Park City.
