¡Ubicación! Pasos para Ski Run y Main St Old Town Ski en Ski Out

¡Solo camina por la mañana hacia la pista 'Quit N Time' y esquiar a casa al final del día! El elevador de la ciudad lo lleva a la mitad de la montaña, por lo que no necesita molestarse con las multitudes de la montaña de la mañana: puede comprar sus boletos en el elevador. Después de esquiar, solo está a pasos del pintoresco casco antiguo para ir de compras, restaurantes y más. ¡La ubicación no puede ser mejor! No es necesario usar un automóvil, pero hay dos espacios de estacionamiento disponibles por unidad.

Nuestro condominio está bellamente actualizado para que se sienta como en casa con nuevas camas, ropa de cama, toallas, cocina excelentemente provista y más. Cada habitación tiene una cama tamaño queen, edredones de plumas y muchas almohadas lujosas. Una cama Aero y cuna están disponibles en la unidad. La chimenea de gas es fácil de usar, te mantiene caliente y agrega ambiente al condominio. La lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo completan la sensación de estar en casa. El condominio está ubicado en 470 Woodside Avenue (Upper Woodside).

Great ski in ski out location!

Although it's an older property, it has been well maintained. We enjoyed our stay! It was quite a few steps down to Main Street but it was great exercise. We would stay there again if going to Park City!

We came with friends and this was the perfect place. Cannot beat the location, steps to both downtown and Quit N Time slope! Beds were comfortable and living room was cozy! Will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed here for our first time visiting Park City. Excellent location, just a quick walk to the lift. The house was stocked with lots of extras in the kitchen. The living room futon was super comfy! The gist was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable and close to Main Street

Great location and easy to find. It was very nice to walk 2 blocks down to Main Street for dinner and shopping. Easy to get around Park City from this condo but you may want 4WD if it's snowy. The condo itself is comfortable for a family of 4. Some things mainly in the kitchen could use some updating and repairing. Good place to stay -- would stay again!

Really great location and comfortable stay!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a terrific stay over the holiday week. The location is amazingly convenient - not only is it ski in/ski out, but you can walk to town easily and there is also a large grocery store, Starbucks, Walgreens, etc. only a 5 minute drive away. The living room is really cozy... was great to come back from skiing, turn the fireplace on and watch a movie. My son slept on the pullout in the living room (a little firm, but got the job done!) while my daughter had her own bedroom upstairs. Plenty of linens, paper products, dishes, glasses etc. and the whole place was really clean. We were first-timers to Park City, and would definitely rent this unit again in the future!

Park City Ski Trip

Great location for a ski in ski out vacation! Access to the trail and Main Street right outside your door. Comfortable living space for 4 people but not really more due to the single shared bathroom on the second floor. Vanity in bathroom is not flush to the wall. Bedrooms large but mattresses and pillows are hard futon like mattresses. Temperature control in the bedrooms difficult due to single thermostat on the main floor. Neighbors smoking marijuana definitely comes through the walls or vents or floors. Overall happy because of location as we are big skiers.

Budget minded accommodation. Not ski-in Ski-out this year

We tried something different than our regular location this year. Brian was very helpful with excellent communication... however.... Due to 2018 weather conditions, the ski-in/Ski-out trail access across the street (just down a few doors), was closed. We had not gotten a vehicle this year (because of the location) and we had to walk nearly 1/2 mile to the lift with our equipment and back (on steep hill). We know it's the weather and not condo, but it was a disappointing and hard trip. Be aware that the one bath is upstairs only, and rather small. And the condo interior and exterior is a bit 'worn'. It was nice to walk right down to main Street. I'd recommend if the weather was better and if you are looking for a budget minded place in Park City. It simply did not work for us.

Hi Lynne, I'm really sorry about the inconvenience of your stay. We have owned this condo for 13 years. This is the first year that the ski run to access the condo has been closed after Christmas. We ended up getting snow just after your stay and the run has been open since then. Thank you for giving us a try and I hope the weather cooperates better in your future skiing plans.

Perfect location for a Ski trip and Historic main street

The condo location was great for my family ski trip, we walked a few feet to the nearby stairs, climbed up the stairs to the Quit N Time slope which leads directly to the town lift. At the end of the ski day we would stop at the same spot of the Quit N Time slope, walk down the stairs and get back to the condo in a few minutes. We would then relax for a while in front of the fireplace with a beautiful view of the historic town before we would head down for a walk at the historic main street. The historic main street is a short walk down from the condo. There is also a 7 eleven convenience store immediately when you get to the historic main street in case you need to get some groceries. Very close to great restaurants on these part of the city. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone on a ski trip to Park City!

Great Location near Main Street Park City

Great property. Steps away from all the action in Park City. Owners were available for any questions/ issues. Well equipped with cleaning products and toiletries. Good centrally located place to navigate around Park City/Deer Valley.

Fantastic Ski-in Ski-out condo

We loved the location of this condo - how easy it was to park, walk to the shops, and walk right up the stairs to the Quit'n'Time slope to ski down to Town Lift. The manager was super easy to work with and answered all our questions before arrival. We really appreciated that the condo was stocked with all the basics like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry and dish detergent, and some basic staples in the kitchen. The views from the condo are great and the balcony with small seating area is fun too. There were a few games and reading materials which are also nice to have. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Comfortable place. Very well equipped kitchen. more convenient to the slopes than I could discern from the map before arriving- less than a 2min walk from the condo to the click-in or click-out point on the hill. Friendly and timely comms with the owner. Highly recommended.

Guys Trip

Perfect for a guys trip. Location perfect access to the slopes. Communication with owner was quick. Small details: one tv upstairs didn’t work in one room but the other room worked fine. Other than that all was good. Enjoyed our stay.

Ideal location

The property was exactly as described. The location was great, short walk to the lifts and to Main Street. The condo was stocked with amenities above and beyond of what we needed. Every question we had, Brian responded within minutes. We felt very comfortable in the condo. I recommend staying at Brian's place very highly. We had a great week!

perfect and convenient!

Brian’s property was even better than we had hoped! Loved how close it was to downtown and the town lift, saved us money in having to rent a car! The condo was spacious and comfortable and Brian was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay here again when we are pack in park city.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The property is just a few step to Main Street for dining and shopping. Quiting Time ski run is accross the street for easy access to the Main Street ski lift. The access to skiing and Main Street makes this an excellent location for our family to enjoy Park City without worrying about parking or taking public transportation.

Getting Around
Park City has an amazing FREE bus system that will take you around the Park City Area. For route information check out https://www.parkcity.org/departments/transit-bus They require masks to be worn while on the bus. You are able to walk to the main bus stop using the stairs on the side of the condo.

Access to Main Street Park City
The stairs located on the side of the condo will lead you to the center of Main Street in Park City. It is better to walk as parking is extremely limited and hard to come by.

Ski Access
On the opposite side of the street, a few houses down, are stairs that you can use to access the “Quittin’ Time” ski run. This run will take you down to the Main Street chairlift. You can access the rest of the Park City Mountain Resort by taking the Main Street chairlift When you are done skiing for the day, take “Quittin’ Time ski run to return to the condo.
