Located in the heart of Manchester's student quarter, this property on Daisy Bank Road offers an ideal location for academics and professionals alike. The neighborhood sits perfectly between Manchester's two main universities, with Manchester Royal Infirmary just minutes away.

You'll find excellent transport links with frequent bus services to the city center. The vibrant Curry Mile, known for its diverse international restaurants and cafes, is within walking distance. Local amenities include shops, parks, and essential services. The area combines academic atmosphere with urban convenience, perfect for those seeking a well-connected, dynamic location.

You will have private access to your bedroom. Common spaces that are shared with other guests include; the kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry facilities, and outdoor backyard.

Staycasa Accommodation is a professional team local to the area who can assist if you have any issues during your stay, but we will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. Our office hours are 10:00AM - 17:00PM, 7 days a week, except on bank holidays. You can find our contact lines after completing your booking.

We are pleased to present from our Staycasa & Co range, this private room within a Co-Living Home. You will occupy one of the 5 bedrooms in this home, and share the common facilities with other guests. The bedroom is entirely private to yourself, secured with a coded lock on your bedroom door.

There are two floors to this house, connected by a flight of stairs. All communal facilities are on the Ground Floor, your bedroom is on the Ground Floor, you will not be needed to use the stairs.

Toiletries*:
Intended to be a starter pack to get you settled in. You are expected to buy and use your own once you deplete the provided stock.

➡ By bus: From Manchester Airport, take Skyline bus 199 to Mersey Square (Stop CC), about 25 minutes. Walk to Mersey Square (Stop AA) then take bus 192 to Plymouth Grove. Then, 2-minute walk to the house

Before you book:
Co-Living Home Policy - This is a self catering home, not a hotel. You are expected to show respect to both the home, and other guests or residence during your stay. It is your duty to tidy up after yourself after using any of our facilities. You are not permitted to organise gatherings of any kind using the communal spaces, it is unfair for other guests. If this is not what you're expecting then we would highly recommend you book somewhere more suitable.

Property Access - We use a smart coded lock system to secure our property. Guests will be provided with a code to access the building, and a set of keys for your own bedroom. You may enter and exit the property at anytime during your stay without restriction, however you are advised to exercise caution when in Quiet Hours to avoid disturbing other guests.

House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
