The immediate surroundings are ideal for walks or cycle tours.
The marble quarries in Carrara and the art cities of Tuscany can be reached quickly and easily.

Entrance on the ground floor into an ‘open space’ - kitchen-living room with 1 double sofa bed, sofa table, smart TV, kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, marble sink, toaster, filter coffee machine, conservatory which serves as a dining room with wood burning stove (wood provided by the owners) - the French windows can be opened. 1 bathroom with large shower, WC, bidet, stone washbasin, spiral staircase to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, Smart TV, a window door with stunning panoramic views, access to a balcony with bistro table and chairs.
The fenced garden (approx. 1m high, in the lower part of the fence a mesh fence approx. 40 cm) is laid out in terraces - on one is the jacuzzi (2.50 x 2.30m - 3 pers.); there are tables and chairs in various spots in the garden. There is also an electric barbecue and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the spectacular view from the sunbeds in the garden and the togetherness!
