The Apartment is on the first floor in a complex and can be accessed via external stairs. As you walk through the door, you are greeted with the open plan kitchen and living area; and double glass doors leading to the balcony where the sunshine fills you with joy and warmth. The kitchen is kitted with dishwasher, washing machine, a water filtration and cooling dispenser which allows you to drink and cook with fresh water, cooker, oven and a range of kitchenware. There is a dining table for six and a nice sofa to relax on. For entertainment there is smart TV and internet available. The balcony has table and chairs for 4 and small bbq, the roof terrace has 2 chaise longue/ sun loungers to enjoy the hot sun, cool evenings and the beautiful panoramic views. The master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite and wardrobes. The second bedroom has a 2 single beds and wardrobes; and all have access to the family bathroom. Spare sheets and towels are available in each bedroom. The setting is light, bright and tranquil, allowing the scenery to be the main feature.

Location-wise it's perfect as you are not too far from the following major attractions Karpas Peninsula (Dipkarpaz Village) - 90 minutes by car Esentepe Village - 8 Minutes by car Kyrenia Harbour - 30 Minutes by car Old Nicosia - 45 minutes by car Saint Hilarion Castle - 45 minutes by car Alagadi Turtle Beach - 5 minutes by car.

Due to the location and there not being any public transport, you will need to hire a car.
Taxi arrangement from the airport to the Apartment and back. Rented car can be delivered and picked up from the Apartment. All can be arranged upon request and subject to confirmation.

The hot water is a solar system where the sun heats the water for your use.
We have a water filtration and cooling dispenser, giving you access to fresh water for consumption, eradicating the need for bottled water.

The location of the apartment is very convenient for exploring all parts of North Cyprus. There is a good selection of local restaurants catering to all tastes. If you're a nature lover, you can spend hours walking in the beautiful, untouched mountains nearby. Here you'll discover fascinating sites such as Sourp Magaar Monastery, and Antiphonitis Church as well as lots of hiking and walking trails through the pine forests - and stunning views wherever you go! The nearest village is Esentepe, a charming traditional village with several authentic restaurants, a post office, supermarkets and coffee shops. Kyrenia (Girne) is only a 30-minute westerly drive and the Karpas peninsula national park is also easily accessible along the new coastal road towards Yeni Erenkoy. Our apartment is located only 500 metres from the beach too! If you love long, sandy beaches the famous Alagadi Turtle Beach is only a 5-minute drive away. Another huge plus in terms of local facilities is the 5-Star Korineum Golf & Beach Resort, a stunning golf course, restaurant and club - non Members are very welcome.
