Situated in the very heart of Stalis, Villa Karteris is only 2 minutes’ walk of everything from beaches and local shops to superb restaurants and inviting bars. This semi-detached 1 bedroom villa has a streamlined interior and an inviting pool terrace with stylish furnishings. Relax on lush, comfortable sun loungers, dip into the pool for a refreshing swim or cool off with a drink in the cozy, shaded lounge area. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedroom, kitchen and lounge are included.
Villa Karteris is set in the popular resort of Stalis, perfect for those wanting a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of options to indulge in local cuisine, international restaurants, lively bars and an array of shops. The long stretch of the local beach is only 2 minutes’ walk away and offers sunbeds for hire, as well as thrilling water sports. Head to the nearby archaeological site Palace of Malia right before closing time for a chance to gaze at the ruins in the stunning sunset hour, or if you’re looking for an exciting night out, the resort of Malia offers a bustling nightlife and is only a 30 minute walk from the villa.
