The apartment is spread over two floors within an ancient medieval house located in the most picturesque part of Pontremoli, along the pedestrian path leading to Piagnaro Castle. Its location offers a truly unique panorama that will captivate our guests. We are in the heart of town, within easy walking distance of everything: the main square, bars, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, and the train station. The house underwent a major and expert renovation, completed in spring 2024. Spacious spaces, furnished with care and taste, await you, where you'll find everything you need to make your stay unforgettable.
You'll have access to a fully furnished apartment, divided into an eat-in kitchen, living room, double bedroom, triple bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a small utility room housing the washing machine.

The house enjoys a wonderful view because it's located in the highest part of Pontremoli, and after walking through the pedestrian area, you'll climb about thirty steps.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All guests are informed that the Municipality has introduced a tourist tax of €1 per person over 16 years of age, per night, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. This tax will be collected upon arrival and paid in cash.
